The staff were helpful when I accidentally left my room key in the room. Exceptionally clean, daily replacement of towels, water etc. Negatives were, only one room key was allowed for two people in a twin room. No sound proofing, I could hear people talking in adjacent rooms. There was no service to leave bags at the hotel after checkout and the man at reception was not helpful.

the concierge was nice and considerate
Hotel room equipment was adequate for 2 nights stay
However, it would be better if the lighting can be more brighter for doing work at night.
overall, good hotel for the money.

建物自体は古い建物なりの感じです。
ホテルの方はとても親切で気持ちの良い対応でした。
ロケーションはとても良いと思います。
食事には困らない場所です。
地下鉄も割と近くにあるので移動もとても楽でした。

前も1度泊まり良かったので再度予約しました。駅からは近いですが、1番線まで行くのに少し時間がかかります。改装後のお部屋であればアメニティもありますが、改装前は特に何もありません。

地理位置優越5分鐘不到能到地鐵站，附近很熱鬧，韓國的布帳馬車，融入韓國文化很有氣氛。房間光線不足，空間挺大放了大型行李都有位置走動，清理房間的掛牌沒找到，第一天沒有打掃，第二天自行寫字要求打掃，不過打理衞生的工作人員遺留清潔物品在房間。而且發現床單被鋪都有痕跡。走的那天想寄存行李在前台前台竟然說當天關閉酒店？？？晚上的飛機只能重擔擔拿到明洞寄存，白白付了幾百塊。沒得寄存很不便，前台不太友好。

這座酒店的房子設施比較老，是一個大問題。首先，插座只有韓式插頭，沒有萬能插座，空調是中央空調，房間不能調溫度。去的時候剛好是春夏之交，房間十分悶熱，十分辛苦。其他設施都十分老舊。
唯一好的是職員十分友善幫忙，這點加分。

在首爾仁寺洞的皇冠酒店，有点90年代的感覺，設施只可算是基本的要求，花洒溫度和水力足够，清潔如不太高亦合格，交通就真係方便，不盡是食、玩、買都很近，到仁川機場巴士直達，總體是一分錢、一分貨經濟之選。
