“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the room was freezing, and the blanket provided was too thin to keep warm. It felt like no effort was made to ensure guest comfort in colder weather. On top of that, there were serious water problems. Either there was no hot water or the water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to take a proper shower. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Price includes breakfast but there was NO breakfast. NO bottled water in the rooms. NO toothpaste , NO lotion , NO toothbrush. Rules : NO eating in the room(communal kitchen is on 5th floor with no elevator) , NO makeup on towels or bedding or you will be fined. NO food/drinks in the mini fridge. NO shoes in the hotel, take them out and leave them by door. NO chair to sit on on second floor when you are doing this taking off and on of shoes. Bathroom is a shotlet so water kinda gets all over but is big enough. NO body towel, only face towels.
Pro: there was an electric blanket for the cold winter, there was also a heater in the room. Host is nice.

When I placed the order, I noted that I needed two quilts. The hotel also responded and said that they would try their best to meet your requirements because my friend had periarthritis of the shoulder. When we arrived that day, we checked in by ourselves. There was no waiter at all and the doors of the empty rooms were all open. Because it was only -2 degrees in Korea, I went to the empty room next door and got a quilt. Around 9:00, the hotel waiter came over and I told him about two quilts. He said it was OK and took my 300 deposit. When we came back from going out the next day, the quilts were taken away, and then we saw that the room next door was empty, so we thought it was still okay, so we did the same as yesterday. As a result, he forced us to check out the next morning. We booked for eight nights, but only stayed for two nights and refused to refund the room fee for the other six days. We were directly kicked out of the room and our water and electricity door cards were taken away, causing us to be homeless. We have never encountered such a bad attitude of a business, a very anti-Chinese Korean I don't think Chinese people will have a good impression if they stay here. There was only one sandwich in the refrigerator. You are not allowed to wear shoes when entering the stairs. You have to wear slippers. The room is also very cold. There is no floor heating and no air conditioning. They still asked us to open the windows for ventilation. The location of the hotel is okay and the hygiene is acceptable. The room is very small, but the boss bullies the Chinese and is unreasonable. All guests will regret it, especially if you are Chinese.
