I stayed here for 5 nights in late August. I'm used to Korea, and I'm a single woman.
Good points
- Basically self check-in and self check-out, you can leave your luggage next to the front desk and come and go as you like, so it's easy.
- The refrigerator is shared, but it's large, so there's plenty of room to store your own things.
- The washing machine is available, and it seems there was detergent, but I brought my own detergent. It was surprisingly easy to use using a translator, and it took about an hour.
Bad points
- It's self check-in, but my name wasn't there, so I inquired by email, and I was glad that I got a reply right away, but if I hadn't received a reply, I wouldn't have known which room to get in.
- The shower drain clogged up quickly, so I had to shower while it was flooded every day from the second day onwards.
- Lots of small cockroaches and bugs came out of the drain.
- The temperature was just right, so I slept without turning on the air conditioner, and cockroaches crawled up my body, waking me up many times in the middle of the night.
- It was a battle with cockroaches every day. On the last day, a huge cockroach appeared.
- I was eating at the table in the common space and there was a cockroach right in front of me.
- Cockroach jet spray was provided in the common space, so I used it, but cockroaches still appeared. If you don't like cockroaches, it's better not to come.
- During the stay, emails sent during the stay were ignored.
- The TVs provided in each room were normal TVs, but they said there was no signal, so no matter which one I turned on, I couldn't watch it. They were connected to a device like b-video? that you can watch programs, movies, and dramas for a fee, and the TV was basically turned off. I'm a TV fan, so this is a shame. I wanted to watch local TV.
- Each individual room is located around the common space, so late at night, the other guests' voices and the volume of their videos are so loud that I can't sleep.
- Someone had drunk something in the fridge, and you have to write your name on it.
- The smell from the entrance to the common space is strong, the unique smell makes me a little nauseous, it gets better when I enter the room.
- The air conditioner cooler doesn't get to the right temperature, it's too cold, or it's hot when it's turned off, it's cold even when it's dehumidified.
- The toilets are shared. Sometimes someone takes a shower in that toilet, so if both are taken, you have to wait.
Because of the above, it's best to be prepared for that. Or, the "Suite" in the same chain nearby seemed much nicer.
