We reached the hotel earlier morning, see the self check in-out machine….just know after that staff will be stand by at 4.00 PM onwards. It’s new hotel, very clean and good locations. It’s very strict for the rules but we are pleasure to follow them. I love warming pajamas that so cuteeee :) locations is also great. How lucky that I found the gems

We had a wonderful stay at Ondo Hotel & Spa. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around Seoul, especially to major attractions in Jongno. The room was clean, cozy, and well-designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The spa facilities were relaxing and added an extra touch of luxury. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and travelers who value comfort and convenience!

The hotel’s location is great. 10 mins walk to train station. A lot of food around. Nearby the hanok village which has lots of cafes and shopping. Also can walk to Kwanjang market. The room size is just right. I can open my 2 large luggage and still has space to walk. Everything is super clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only downside is that the pillows are a bit too soft — it would be nice if extra pillows were provided for free or if firmer options were available. Tv is great. Its huge. Tub is good and clean too. Plus point because toilet has bidet!!!!

The Hotel was in a good location next to Myeongdong shopping area. Very Clean, lots of commodities, cleaning service, fresh water and tea everyday. The staff speaks english, helped with washing clothes and theres free coffee to go as well. Just be aware that others might also use the bathtup late at night so you can hear that. No smole smell or weird spots. Athougj only a small window, the room was in perfect condition.
There are conbinis, and loads of restaurents near by.

Good hotel in non-tourist area. Close to many interesting locations (cathedral, palaces, Myengdong street food) and good connection to other places via metro.
Very basic breakfast included. Reception was often empty so you have to wait or call the staff.

Room is big n clean. But check in time strictly 4pm and don’t have toothbrushes provided. You can purchase at 2000 won for set of amenities. Or else just bring toothbrush and toothpaste by your own. Other than that, the hotel is quite convenient for subway and bus. Nearby also have food stall open late and have convenient stall nearby.

Incredible theme and location.
I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom which looked clean initially , but upon stay, there was a strong urine smell near the toilet. The toilet would also leak water, so clearly there was some kind of issue.
I hope the management resolved this issue as I didn’t have time to bring it up during my stay.
