The staff speaks very little Korean. The Chinese guest does not speak English, so they ask questions in Chinese from the beginning.
The charger does not work even when plugged in, and the bed sheets are yellowed. The TV does not work, and there is no remote control.
The computer turns on, but the screen does not display anything. The room has a bad smell.
I made a reservation, but they said they could not find my room and made me wait for 30 minutes.

The transportation is convenient. Walk for three minutes to Sinta Station and take Airport Bus Line 6002, which will take you directly to Incheon Airport in one and a half hours. The boss can speak Chinese and communication is very convenient.
