I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone. The combination of its prime location, beautiful historic ambiance, and excellent customer service make it a true gem in the city.

located close to the airports, can get to the hotel easily by metro using the airport railroad or line 9. hotel staffs are nice and the room was spacious and clean. breakfast was good but not so many choices.

Pros: Near Gimpo airport. Great if you fly to and fro Gimpo airport. Arex station 5 minutes’ walk away. This allows for ease of travel to Gimpo and Incheon Airports. If travelling to Incheon Airports, expect around 1h to 1h15mins of travel and waiting time. Train station is a distance from the actual airport departure and arrival halls. Breakfast buffet available. Hotel lobby has a buffet restaurant. Hotel also provides luggage service. Cons: When arriving at night, the ground floor of the building appears closed. Virtually all doors were locked and you need to take a detour past security. Recommend taking a taxi to the hotel concierge when arriving at the hotel past 10pm else you would need to find your way before arriving at a completely pitch dark lift lobby. Room service would not vacuum or sweep your room throughout your stay. If you stay more than one night, they will also not replenish your coffee/tea/slippers and expect you to ask for them. Location is away from the main tourist belt in Seoul.

The hotel is very new. Front desk is very friendly, I asked her to recommend me some clinic nearby and she did. The location is considered good if you’re not going to town like myeongdong or dongdaemun as it is quite a distance to town. The area is local area with a lot of things I need like restaurants, skin clinics and convenience stores.

Its my first going to Korea as a solo traveller, and it was the best decision to stay in this hotel. There's basically everything nearby that you don't need to go far. But if you want to explore there's a subway nearby as well. Service was great from check in, the bar was great as well with their service (i can't remember the name of the staff, 1 guy and 1 lady). Maybe the only feedback is breakfast if they can do more choice of eggs like omelette, or egg ala minute. I am in the hotel indrustry for more than 10 years in Singapore and would highly reccommend this hotel. Will come back again for sure.
