room was too small to put luggage of any size
went during mid jan and the water heater was really difficult to shower with, it was either extremely hot or ice-cold (there was one morning where no matter how long i wait, the water was ice-cold)
location is okay, close to some of the more touristy spots
but the layout of the place was very odd, the shared kitchen was in a separate building and for the first few nights i was there the lighting in between the buildings were not working so it was actually quite scary to go out and back in to access the kitchen/water dispenser

Considering the price, the facilities are quite good. The room is a little small, so it may be difficult to open a large suitcase. If the room is on the second floor, the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with large suitcases. There is a refrigerator and a hair dryer in the room. The shower and toilet are shared. There is a water server. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the room. You can only eat and drink in a room with a kitchen after going outside, which is a bit of a hassle. However, the kitchen is also quite well equipped.
There are two metro stations nearby. A convenience store and a large supermarket are very close by.
More than anything, it was reassuring that it was a women-only room.

There were dead insects as soon as we entered... but the place was generally kept clean and I wasn't bitten while I was sleeping, so that was good.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to just sleep!
I can guarantee it's clean, but it might not be suitable for people with large luggage or who want to take a proper shower.
It's cheap but even includes breakfast, and they make manduk on Sundays, so I personally think it's a great place!
Eating and drinking in the room is prohibited, and it was a bit of a hassle to go to the shared space. (Moving around...)

You can help yourself to breakfast from 7am to 10am, and on Wednesdays and Sundays you can eat breakfast prepared by the host.
The host will send you an email in advance asking if you would like to eat the food they prepare, so don't forget to reply.
Two towels, toothpaste and toothbrushes are provided per person per day, and there is a water server, so it was very comfortable to stay there.
