We stayed at this hotel because there was an event in that area, it's is not download however the location is very convenient, it's close to the metro station, straight line to downtown and 35-40 min to the airport. The hotel is super clean and very very new. Check-in/check out hours, however, very strict. You will pay fee for checking in earlier.

Hotel was nice and clean. However my second and third night there were a couple in the room next door arguing at 1am. There are no staff on reception after 23:00. As I had to leaves to go on a tour at 6am there was still no human in at that time on reception only a machine than can check in and out guests whether they’ve booked or not.
After returning and telling the receptionist they informed me they would talk to the guests about this.
Again they were arguing and looked like they were highly intoxicated when I confronted them about the noise.
The only option which was offered was to move my room, again doing nothing to this troublesome guests.
Overall I wouldn’t reckoned this location unless they actually install sound proofing/thicker walls and have night staff

The hotel is clean and hygienic, but the service attitude at the front desk is average. The location is relatively remote. If you go to Myeongdong Night Market, you need to take transportation

I ended up leaving for Korea one day earlier than my original reservation, so I made an additional reservation, but they reserved the same room for the entire stay, which was very helpful. Also, since I arrived after 11pm, I had an inquiry about check-in, but they quickly replied to me by email in Japanese and were very helpful. The hotel was new and clean, so I would like to use it again if my destination in Korea is close.

It is a newly opened hotel and is clean.
When I went, some of the rooms were still under construction.
It still smells a little like new furniture.

The room decoration smells really bad, it gives me a headache. The shower head in the bathroom barely produces water, and it takes half an hour to wash my hair. It's quite remote after getting off the subway!

Kiosk self-check-in
There was a foreigner at the information desk, which made communication difficult.
The automatically assigned room was so smelly that I moved twice.
There is no toothpaste or toothbrush, so you have to buy one.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. The accommodation environment is good (clean and sanitary); it is quiet for sleeping; and it is convenient for commuting (6 minutes from the subway).
