Really nice, room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed (private bathroom, fridge, AC, good wifi, etc. Felt like newly renovated. There were also other facilities in the common room (water dispenser, microwave, bins, etc.). The staff were really nice and helpful. There only “negative” thing I could say was that it took me a minute to find the place and no lift (but mostly to be expected)..

Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It is about 20-25 min from main tourist places. Very calm. We had room with kitchen, it was quite great. Enough towels of good size.

Overall is so good. Personally have one thing I’m not really satisfied is the pillow is too soft and uncomfortable. Every day I woke up, my neck and shoulders were uncomfortable. No good quality sleeping during these 3 nights. But I still recommend to all as the location is good, the room is clean.

Good stay, the rooms were clean and the guesthouse was very close to a very busy bus stop with a direct line to the train station (and not too far from the palace and secret garden)

This hotel could’ve been a nice place to stay, but it comes with a monumental shortfall, which immediately makes it horrible. There is a huge, bright, illuminated exit sign right above the door, strongly beaming into the darkness of the room, which makes it virtually impossible to sleep. I have never seen such idiocy in my life. It’s impossible to switch off, or even to cover it. I was still up at 2:45am

The location was good, as it was within walking distance of the market.
I arrived at the inn during the day, so I got lost, but I arrived safely.
At night, it's dim and hard to find.
The room was clean, but there was no hot water.
I asked the receptionist, and they said they had no other rooms available.
I came to sightsee, so I couldn't stay in the room all the time,
and I told them I wanted to leave right away,
and they said they would fix it while I was out.
When I returned to my room at night, I tried turning on the hot water, and it came out, so I was relieved, but it stopped coming out soon after.
Only lukewarm water came out...
I tried it in the morning, but only lukewarm water...
At 9:30, there was no receptionist, so I gave up.
I hope they check it properly. You can't take a shower without hot water.
