This is really value for money. For the price, I had a high quality stay. Unmanned operation can work perfectly, and it has self-served laundry. They are even kind enough to let me check in early.

I found out about this place while looking for a nearby place to stay because I had to go to the hospital early. This is my second time here. I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience.
There is a lounge on the 5th floor, so I baked the baguette I bought in the oven and boiled some ramen from the cupboard. I spent some quality time here.
There is also a dirt road across the overpass, so I walked a lot.
There are many bakeries and cafes nearby.

I stayed here on a trip. It was a completely unmanned hotel, but the check-in system and the smart key that you can open with your smartphone worked perfectly, so I was able to stay comfortably. Water was available as much as I wanted, and towels and amenities could be taken 24 hours a day. I was disappointed that cleaning was not done even though I requested it. The location was inconvenient as it was far from the center of Seoul.

The location is convenient, with a bus stop right in front. I spent 3 days there without using the train once.
The lounge offers coffee and instant noodles, which are great for easy use. You can also pick up towels, water, and amenities (toothbrushes, cotton, brushes, etc.) yourself, which is a unique service.
There were 3 things that bothered me.
- The smell of the drainage from the bathroom. It was so bad that it leaked into the room.
- The windows in the room were fixed. The website said it had a city view, but there was no sunlight at all.
- The check-in password was sent to me by message.
It would have been more convenient for foreigners if it had been sent to their email address.

It would be a bit troublesome for foreigners to check in. The room was completely empty. The check-out link was sent to my Korean phone. But the location of the hotel seems good. The hotel is also relatively new.

I received an email two days before my stay with details on how to check in written in Japanese!
There was also a LINE QR code, and when I added it, I was asked about my check-in time on the day! I was able to leave my luggage on the 5th floor even before check-in, and security was good! I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

Check-in and check-out didn't take long, which was nice. I didn't do laundry, but there is a washing machine, so it would be convenient for consecutive nights. I booked a room with a window, but I couldn't open it, which was disappointing.
