Budget hotel, suitable for people who are not serious or do not want to stay in luxury. I recommend it. The location is considered okay for this price.

It feels like an old "the motel".
As other reviews have said, there are cockroaches.
In addition to a bed, refrigerator, and TV, there is an air conditioner, hair dryer, and towels.
The rooms and front desk are on the second floor and there are only stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage or are heavy, you may want to avoid this hotel.
There are not many foreigners near Sinyeong, where the hotel is located, and there are not many convenience stores. It is located north of Route 1, so you will need to transfer to get to popular tourist spots such as Myeongdong, Hongdae, and Seongsu, which takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
If you don't mind the hygiene or bugs, it may be fine for just a place to sleep.

Not clean enough, the remote control is filthy
