Very nice place.
The location is just absolutely perfect.
The room is a bit small but it actually has a great bed and the place where girls do their make up is actually fits well in place.
The tv was enormous.
However, their was a construction going on outside so there is thumping and vibrating noise in the morning.
Also the price is devilish.

The surrounding is noisy and unable to sleep. There is construction ongoing during the day and clubbing during the night. The bed/pillow have hairs that was not cleaned properly.
This hotel is NOT recommended for travellers who need to rest.

Hotel is relatively new. The only downside is you need to go through a steep slope up to the hotel and around 9:30am you will start to hear knocking amd hacking sound. The underground bar i think is still under construction. Service wise average.
For those toothbrush and kits need to purchase separately at 2,000 won.
Nearby to 7-11 and one more convenience store.

The room was shockingly dirty, with hair scattered everywhere. The pillow and bed had visible dirt, blood stains, and some unidentified white liquid on them. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable and poses serious health risks. The bathroom was filled with women's hair and bugs, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned in years.
I am very disappointed with Trip.com’s system, especially the rating record, which failed to accurately reflect the hotel's actual condition.

My wife and I spent the night for New Year’s Eve didn’t use and amenities or services so just marked neutral. The location and the cleanliness were to our standards. The bed was comfortable, overall hotel was chic. Huge tv in perfect place to enjoy if that is what you are into.

The hotel supposed to be nice and spacious room but the problem is it has a steep hill to go from the main street and the room has not been cleaned during my entire stay even though I requested! Also, the AC was quite weird where the remote is combined with TV and the settings are all in Korean. I can only adjust 21c and 24c which directly have in the button but I can’t adjust the rest

Very convenient location especially at night when you can't get taxi from Itaewon. It's a bit noisy at night when people are partying outside on the street. Get the room facing the back.
