One thing to keep in mind is that early check-in and late check-out come with additional charges. I paid for 2 extra hours to check in early and ended up extending another night to accommodate a late check-out at 8 pm.
Don’t expect typical concierge services like at hotels, as the check-in process is entirely self-service. The online customer service can be challenging, especially if you don’t read Korean. However, you can walk to their office on street level at the corner if you need assistance in person.
Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place in Gangnam with a sense of independence, this is a great option. Just be prepared for the absence of standard hotel services and potential extra costs for early/late check-ins and basic toiletries.
