No hot water, floor still cold even they have heater on the floor, air con cannot use.

2泊しました。泊まるだけであれば経済的にも抑えられておすすめです！
＜良かった点＞
・タオルとドライヤーの用意がありました。ドライヤーは思っていたより風力強めです。
・部屋によるのかもしれないですが、シャワーの水圧は勢いが良かったです。
・クローゼット、引き出し、ハンガー、上半身用の鏡、延長コードもありました。
・スティックタイプのディフューザーが置かれていたのでありがたかったです。嫌なニオイなどはあまり気になりませんでした。
＜気になった点＞
・建物が見つけにくいです。
・玄関と部屋の暗証番号が送られてこなかったので困りました。。（友人の携帯を借りて電話とメールでなんとか情報をいただくことができました。）
・虫が出るかもしれないという恐怖にかられていました。幸い出ませんでしたが、仮に出た場合、スタッフさんがいるわけではないので助けを求めにくいと思います。
・お隣の部屋の電気オンオフの音、玄関のセキュリティ音（警報音？）が気になりました。
駅からも近く、徒歩圏内にコンビニやカフェもありました。
オフィス街と近いので、平日に地下鉄で行かれる場合は通勤・帰宅ラッシュに注意したほうがよいかと思います。

初日メインゲートのパスワードと部屋パスワードが登録したメールアドレスにきてなくてなかなか建物に入れなくて本当に困った。
部屋は値段なりの部屋だなと、、、仕方ない。
日にちを変えて2回ここに泊まったが、1回目の時は一階の部屋で部屋は狭いけど特に寝るだけだったので問題なし。
2回目に泊まった時は2階の部屋で同じ価格なのに更に狭い部屋でびっくりした笑
特にシャワーの出が悪くて水の時は出がいいけどお湯になるとチョロチョロとしか出なくてシャワー大変だった。
水の出を直すべき。
ベッドがバネの張りが薄らあたる安いベッドで1．2日間くらいなら何ともないけど1週間以上の長期滞在してると体がバキバキに朝起きるとなってる笑笑
地下にはランドリーサービス、電子レンジ、ケトル、ウォーターサーバー、コーヒー飲み放題のサービスがあって皿や調理器具の貸し出しも使用できるので自由に料理もできる環境はとてもよかった。
キョデ駅（ソウルナショナルユニバーシティオブエディケーション）からは徒歩1．2分というアクセスの良さは最高！！
2号線、3号線アクセス可能
周りにはすぐにCUというコンビニがあり、近くには飲食店が沢山あるので立地は便利。
トータルで言ったらシャワーの出が悪くてもこの値段で泊まれて今回ここで良かったなと満足。
でもシャワーの出は今後泊まる人の為に直してー！！
