Travelled with my daughter for short stay in Seoul. Conveniently located near the subway, was a plus point to offload our shopping bags. There are quite a number of food places available as well. Rooms have basic amenities and sufficiently stocked. No complaints for the price paid. Will definitely go back there if planning another trip to Seoul.

It was an amazing stay, it’s really close to Myeongdong which is a cool outlet place, recommend and staying here again in the near future.

The room is clean and cozy, not much space for my 29in’ luggage but it’s enough for solo traveler. The TV is huge! Which is nice they also provide Netflix account. The location is also great. It’s close to most of the sites you can get to anywhere easy. Overall I would recommend this place and I would like to visit it again next time.

Toilet light wasn’t working , took them 2 days to fix it . No service recovery . Eg. Upgrade of room / late check out / extra pillow .

Diff theme rooms. Room is spacious and near to lots of good eateries. Remember to try out the fried chicken and cheese topokki from this restaurant just around the corner! Super delicious

The bed was ok but the bathroom was moldy an had a leak that i asked them to fix and it never happened

The location is great, and near airport bus station, bus stations and subway stations. I booked 4 rooms with the same price. There are different room types, some rooms are very small and space js not enough to open the baggages. Some rooms are spacious. Quite a lot of local street food near the hotel, and food are delicious even a random restaurant with reasonable price! In general, good deal in terms of affordable price, convenient location, delicious street food and nice restaurants nearby.

Hotel location was really convenient. The room design was interesting, but a great stay!

Feel disappointed first night hotel breakout been ask to climb stairs back to room at 10th floor. We do not want as we carry many stuff and very dark, we decided stay at Lobby to wait. They chase us out from hotel say not safe at lobby ask us go back to room or stay at outside. Electricity will resume only after 2am. We have no choice been forced staying at 711 till 2am then able to go back our room. When we back to our room the door are OPEN. The staff told us because no electricity and we not able to access to our room so they open up the door. Do you think is right? Anyway not recommended. Stay at your own risk.

Think the hotel is really worth the price, given its location and the room! Super duper comfy, we loved it. Had a bath tub that have massage function. Requested for high floor and the hotel gave us the top floor! Amenities are replenished everyday. We loved our stay. Entrance is from an alley but it was pretty safe and close to main road and bus stops, with really nice dumpling store nearby the main road! :)

Location is great and accessible. Counter service crew can communicated a little in English and if you are particular about a customer should enter/exit the lift first, over here, the service crew May sometimes forget about that and enter/exit first - I left my card in the hotel room and called for help but I don’t really care who entered the lift first. Nevertheless the service crew was polite and would strike conversation with you in the lift. Ask them what to eat, they’ll gladly recommend. I had nice raw beef (first time in my life I’m eating raw beef meat) thanks to the service crew. The room smelled heavily bleached when I entered. The sound proofing wasn’t good, I could hear the construction, the cleaner outside and sometimes the early preparation from the restaurant downstairs (I was on the tenth floor). The lights were very dimmed and it’s hard to put on make up for ladies. The cleaner would changed my bedsheet, towels and clean the room everyday as well. Foods are easy to find and are all around the corners. At around evening, there will even be a lot of ajuma’s and ajusi’s cart selling street food just downstairs. Transport wasn’t a problem at all. The location of this hotel is at the Center of Insadong, Changyeongung, Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok Village (and a lot more Hanok Villages), Myeongdong streets and a lot other tourist attraction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with is location and service. Oh, and yes the bed was hard.
