I always book this branch whenever my trip to Seoul . A very well maintained lotte group hotel in a very alive suburb neighbourhood. Good size room, all complete amenities you would need in a trip. Feels comfy in & outside room. Always smell fresh every corner of the premises. I would rate it 4* rather than 3*. No swimming pool or sauna though there is a gym room should I need a workout.

This is not a bad hotel, although it is a bit old. Not like that the rooms are old, but just that you could feel how old is this hotel.
There are a few restaurants next to the hotel.
Yes, there is a bus stop outside but didn’t use.

The hotel is generally good. There are resturants and emart nearby. The room and services are good. Recommended for a stay.

We are regulars here. Often used as a home base in Seoul for its cheap and cleanliness option. We love the filtered areas on each floor. Amenities are not what is used to be but still good enough. The breakfast is worth the money.
