friendly & helpful staff . Faced some technical issues, staff proactively helped to resolve problems. I had to stay in 2 different hotels instead of 1. most convenient if room located on same level as registration counter, else need to take to take lift to kitchenette.

The environment & service of the hotel is good, the room is clean. The only problem is difficult to find the location for the first time visitor!

Not bad for a windowless room.
The water pressure in the shower sometimes gets stronger and weaker, and gets colder and hotter, but other than that, everything is fine.

It was a 3-4 minute walk from Chungmuro subway station, so it was easy to get around.
Facilities? ? ? There were some things I thought, but considering the price, I have no complaints. The shower had good water pressure, so it was easy to connect and dry.

There was a staff member who could speak a little Japanese, so I felt safe.
I stayed for 5 nights, and although the room was not cleaned, I had no complaints.
My bed was about to break, so I told them about it and they fixed it right away.
There was a security guard in the building where the hotel was located.
Close to subway station
I think it was convenient to go anywhere.
