The hotel is in an excellent location, the front desk people are wonderful and accommodating, the room is beautiful. The room also has a cooking area stocked with knives, a cutting board and pans that is very convenient. The hotel also has American/Chinese style wall outlets which is also quite convenient compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in with Korean style wall outlets. However, the cleaning crew comes once every 3 days. We found a chocolate wrapper and a condom wrapper in the room. (Again the front desk receptionist was wonderful and took care of the leftover trash for us and gave us a free bath bomb as compensation.) As the hotel is right on a walking street, it’s quite noisy all night. If you don’t mind street ambiance/white noise when you sleep, it’s fine. The front desk is also only open from 9am to 6pm which is a bit strange. You also can’t use your own bathroom bombs, you need to buy them from the hotel. In the spa bathtub, the hot water flows extremely slowly and leaks out of the tub a bit from the faucet as it flows. The knob of the bathtub also comes off very easy. The shower also floods the bathroom very easily. And the comforter on the bed is a weird texture that makes a crinkly sound when you move. Again, the room is just as beautiful as the pictures show, the floor is nicely heated, and the receptionist went above and beyond for us. My main issues were with the hotel itself.

You cannot leak the water in the bathtub after 11 o'clock, but the water is very small and it will take a while to drain it, so you must start draining it in advance. In addition, if you want to put a bath ball, please note that you can only buy it from the hotel. The location is very convenient. Although there are many shops and crowds nearby, there is no feeling of unsafeness and no noise. The room is beautiful and comes with a bouquet of flowers, tea set, kitchen, plates and cups for use.

It felt a little strange that there was no waiter at night. I called and asked about it. The key card was actually posted directly on the door. I was a little confused about the security level. There is really nothing to fault about the room, it is light and elegant, with a Japanese feel, very nice

The lobby space was very small and the aisles were narrow, but the rooms inside were perfect. The floor height was high, the cleanliness was nice and clean, and it was even better because there was a space to cook briefly! (One of the reasons I booked here instead of the hotel) And the spa is quite spacious and nice..😇🩵

The environment is good, the location is good, there are many delicious restaurants around, and it’s a ten-minute walk from Myeongdong.

The hotel is near Dongdaemun. It is a very small hotel with several rooms. The shower area seems to be clogged, and the water drains very slowly. There is only one staff member at the front desk, and there is no staff after six o'clock, so communication can only be done by phone. The staff is polite and can communicate in English.

Perfect location and have loads of good restaurants around. However, a bit concerned about security as front door wasn’t locked with staircase being assessable by anybody. Furthermore was a bit disappointed about the room was not cleaned every day and of the three nights we spent here, had to have rubbish with us for a night. Otherwise, really like this suite

The receptionist was super sweet and accommodating and the room was kept clean. Location was super convenient
