The room size was nice and the staff are very friendly however the toilet is quite small and the shower water draining was a bit slow. The location is good.

This hotel was lovely . It was exceptionally clean. The check in was quick and the staff were kind. It’s located in a fantastic location and way to use the buses to get around . The hotel is also close to quite a few vegan restaurants. And was super easy to get to from the airport.
The room was on the small side but it’s expected. The view from the room was beautiful. Only downside the noise from the road carries.

The hotel has great location, good for travelling around near Myeongdong. As it’s a green hotel it has lack of amenities which is fine as we brought our own. There’s also a convenience store just by the lobby and a cafe which is good

Service was fuss free and check in was quick.
Best staff we encountered was Mitch.
Super bravo and he is very helpful and always smiling!
Location is superb nearby all the night eateries.
Convenience store just downstairs of the hotel.
Super plus point! Metro subway is just like a within 5 mins walk.

missing the place to locate the clothes in restroom while taking bath. and no curtain at bath room area so as to avoid all toilet to get wet due to the design of toilet I don't mind it is small. other than this. the location is perfect and nearby different metro stations and access to all famous places to visit.

Overall not bad. Room is quite small, but consider the location it's understandable. Facilities are new and bed was comfy, staff is friendly too. Insadong seem like a pretty local area, if you want to be near to see how local people lives its a good area of choice, its not far from gyeongbok palace as well.

Very nice location, close to all attractions, Hotel is new and clean, rooms a bit small, but I came only to sleep, so it didn't disturb me too much. I was satisfied with my choice.
