Over the last two years, I stayed probably about two or three weeks in total at the Imperial Palace in Itaewon. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a nice hotel in Itaewon, Seoul! During the heights of the pandemic as well as during more normal times, the service at the hotel was always outstanding. Rooms are large, fairly quiet, modernly furnished, spotlessly clean and come with super comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I very much loved the view from the rooms overlooking the street. There's a coffee machine in each room and if you run out of capsules, you can buy more at the lobby. Internet is great and the workspace is okayish, but not the kind of setting in which you'd like to work for hours. Go to a coffee shop instead. There are countless coffee shops, restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance. Itaewon Metro Station is only a few minutes walk away. Staff was always super friendly and professional and speaks perfect English.

I stayed at the Junior Suite King for 2 nights on the weekend (Sat & Sun). I stayed there for about 8 nights at the end of 4 years ago and loved it so much I had to come back again, but after a long time, it was a 5-star hotel in Yongsan that did not disappoint. The staff were all friendly and greeted me first From the moment I waited for check-in to check-out everything was great. The sauna + hot water & cold water were all the best.
