Seoul Gangnam-gu 2-star Hotels

Rather than spending money on big hotel this hostel is perfect for on budget people and everything very convenient and services is on very good level good hygiene with kitchen service I stay 1 week here everything is so comfortable here owners is very nice here. Feel like home

I used it for 2 nights in the middle of a 5 night 6 day stay in Korea. I used it because of the location. Starting from this hotel, we went to Garosu-gil, Apgujeong, the Gangnam area (cosmetic surgery), Seongsu, and COEX! Due to the location, it was easy to change trains wherever I went. It was my first time in Korea in 15.6 years, and my first time using a train. However, unlike Seoul, there are fewer and easier to understand train lines. As a beginner, I was able to move around without getting lost. Rather than a hotel, it gives the impression of a one-room apartment for medium- to long-term stays (such as international students). There was a lot of storage in the room, so I opened it all up and found nothing but hangers. Also, although there was a washing machine, it didn't have a drying function. (This uses the papago app) You take off your shoes, share the hallway, and unlock each floor with your PIN, just like in a shared house. You will receive the number in a memo along with your card key when you check in. The card key is a separate key to enter the building. There was also a mini kitchen on each floor. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The towel is one bath towel. 2 face towels There was one spare toilet paper. Service 3 → I checked in on Saturday and checked out on Monday, and when I checked in around 3pm, there was a person at the front desk, but she wasn't there in the evening. Maybe Saturdays and Sundays off? Apparently, there is someone in charge for a limited time, and when they are not there, a bag with their name written on it is left outside the front entrance. (From other people's reviews.) Gangnam seems to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Cleanliness level 3 → Just my personal feeling, it's a motel or a local business hotel. Facilities Amenity 3: No tissues (perhaps this is standard in Korea?) I had sinusitis, so I brought my own. I didn't know if they would change the towels so I couldn't ask. There is a cafe on the 1st floor (closed on Saturdays and Sundays), and there is a Starbucks about 2 minutes walk away. Seven is about 2 minutes away on the other side (large, wide selection) I checked out on a Monday morning, so I don't know, but there seemed to be a restaurant in the basement. Also, I personally requested a courier to transport my luggage between hotels, and I told them that I wanted them to store my carry-on case, and they happily did so.

We stayed for 3 nights over the New Year holidays. It was a little far from Apgujeong, but not far from Apgujeong Rodeo. The limousine bus stop to the airport was also relatively close and convenient. The next day it snowed, and it snowed quite a bit. I was planning to go to a convenience store to buy an umbrella, but the hotel staff lent me one, which was very helpful. The female staff member also carefully taught us how to access the convenience store in Japanese. thank you very much. The room also had ondol so it wasn't cold. However, I could hear the sounds of bikes and people making noise outside. I think the equipment is old. She cleaned the house and made the bed every day, but there were times when long hair that wasn't mine would fall out. I thought it was okay because I was just going to sleep. Luckily, my favorite scone shop was very close to the hotel.

The overall price was good, and the room was clean. The only downfall to this would be the amenities, as the beds were uncomfortable, and the room had plumbing issues with the sink.

Best location you can ever want around Myeongdong area. The night market is just across the street and many of the tours will also pick up from Myeongdong terminal 4, which is like 5mins walk. Room admittedly is small and basic, but if you are planning to tour Seoul and hardly in the hotel then this is convenient and priced reasonably

Since A***a refused to post my review on their page although they know what happened, I've decided to write it here instead. My experience with this hotel was the WORST THING EVER IN MY LIFE. The location was perfect, and the room was spacious enough & more than decent. However, I strongly recommend travelers not to stay at this hotel, especially if you are a woman. There was a reckless hotel staff who tried to enter my room at midnight. He knew I was staying here alone. So, he brought some alcohol and snacks to drink together INSIDE MY ROOM. Needless to say, I refused it. I clearly stated I didn't want to be alone together with him. Yet, he was urging me to have a ”party” together by bringing another empty room's key since he somehow thought I was not happy only about getting him inside my room. There were only two of us in the middle of an aisle in the dead of night. I was scared of that situation. Therefore, I suggested that we go to the hotel front together (I thought I could ask for help from another staff at least).

The hotel I stayed for a while. Overall okay. Conveniently located near Seolleung Station. Access to Gangnam is also easy and there is no inconvenience to use.

I went up to Gangnam, Seoul (near Samsung Station) for my personal work and tried to catch a hostel, but the accommodation was very expensive. I think I can just sleep because I am alone. The rooms are small but it's okay to sleep alone. There's everything in a small space, including a toilet and a shower, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine. No water or drinks provided, toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared personally!

It's easy to find it by following Google Maps, but you have to pay attention to the check-in time. I checked in after 23:00 in the evening. I didn't check it clearly when I made the reservation. The room is quite big and the facilities are complete. The room is clean and overall very good. good! Recommended to stay!
