The rooms and public spaces were neatly maintained, so I was able to stay comfortably. The bedding was clean, and the shower and toilet were hygienicly maintained.
The price was quite reasonable for the central location of Seoul, and the facilities and services were excellent for the accommodation. Simple breakfast is also included, so I would recommend it to those looking for a good value for money.

This hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It might not be well suited for larger groups or families but it was just right for me, and I truly miss staying here. The staff could speak English and greeted me every time I came in, and at 4 am when I checked out, there was even a self-checkout station for me to insert the key. The rules were straight-forward, and they provided a lot of amenities such as skincare and free water, coffee, and tea. Not to mention, the TV was huge and the view was pretty nice. The shampoo and body wash smelled really good, haha. I miss it there already..

The hotel is located a little way from Dongdaemun Station, so it was difficult to find at first.
I arrived at night, so it was pitch black around the hotel and I was a little scared to walk alone.
When I arrived, I was able to check in via QR code, and after checking in a staff member came to me from the back.
As they didn't speak Japanese, I used LINE translation to contact them if I needed anything.
The facilities are sufficient if you're alone.
There is no elevator, so it was a little inconvenient to carry luggage to the room.

First of all, since it was my first time at a capsule hotel, I had some concerns before making a reservation, but after staying for a total of 8 nights, I felt that it was a clean, no-frills accommodation with a lot of attention to detail. There was a personal locker at the head of the bed, so I could use it comfortably without worrying about theft, and I could feel the owner's sense and consideration in the quick and easy check-in and check-out methods, and the blankets and electric mats provided. Above all, I was impressed by how clean it was maintained. I had a very comfortable stay and will leave :) !!!

The location is a little hard to find and it took some time to find it even using the NAVER Map. However, the accommodation is very close to the subway station, and it is very convenient to take Line 1 to Seoul Station and transfer to other lines. There are convenience stores and many chain restaurants in the surrounding area, with complete living functions. With self-service check-in, you don't have to worry if you arrive late at night. The room is very clean, with complete supplies and equipment. What I like most is the refrigerator and the charging cable by the bed. The WiFi connection is stable and the network speed is even faster than the eSIM network card. The key point is that the price is cheap and overall the price/performance ratio is very high. If I come to Seoul again in the future, I hope to choose to stay here again!

Got a room from the residence tower. The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was huge. Came with a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Walking distance to dongdaemun night market, plenty of food choices nearby within 10mins walk. There’s a small convenience store around the corner. Towels smelt of bleach, but otherwise, they were always clean! The hotel was by a main road, and it was easy for cabs and a private drop off at the back of the hotel for a longer wait. The lady behind the counter at the cafe located on Level 1, she seems to be dreaming most of the time. Had to keep repeating myself for her to get the message. Room was 72x, she couldn’t find the number in the system despite asking us for it for 3 times. We had to write it down, and she still read it as 32x. 🙂↕️ had to correct her a couple of times that’s it’s SEVEN TWO x. Overall, great stay!

The hotel room is very nice, the hotel staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent! The hotel is right outside Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station (literally a 20 metre walk from Exit 4), and when taking day tours, the bus stops at this exact station, as the last point. This greatly reduces travel time, as the last stop point means we’re the last to pick up and first to be dropped off when returning. It’s also very easy to go to Myeongdong, Gangnam, Jamsil (Lotte World) and Yeouido (Hangang Park). You can even see Namsan Seoul Tower in the distance, and you should come out at night to see the beautiful view. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel!

My husband and I booked this hotel on a day we checked in cause of the previous hotel we booked was horrible. Skypark hotel reviewed and confirmed my booking very quickly.
The first thing I’ve noticed that it’s super clean. The room isn’t big, but enough for two adults with 2 suitcases. We had a lovely room keeper who cleaned the room every day. You can find everything you need in the room, except for a toothbrush. However, you can go to the check-in desk and buy one there. They sell other items too.
Also, one of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Close to two subway stations and a couple of bus stations. Around you can find multiple convenient stores, coffee places, restaurants and so on.
We truly loved our stay. Thanks!

The buffet breakfast is included, which should have nothing to complain, although the variety is limited and would be nice to see some Korean style breakfast.
Would consider this hotel for our next trip back to Korea.

GGrace KuangylHotel is located near anguk station. Just a little 5mins walk from the hotel. very near insadong and many food places.
Below the main hotel there are some retail shops and restaurant & GS25(but it seems like the GS25 there is automated cashier or something because you cant jus go in as you wish). But there is another nearby GS25 jus a few abt 2 mins walk down on the way to subway.
Did not take the airport bus because I was rushing for time. Although the Hotel told me that it will be a 5mins walk, but I personally would not recommend if you have big large suitcases because you got to pass through humans as that area is pretty busy in the day. But it is still convenient if you want to take and a much cheaper option. (i would recommend if you take airport bus if you arrive late night)
Hotel room is big and clean & there is mountian view too! Never expect it from a city hotel. I requested for a high floor and was glad they accede to my request. However, I think i requested for a standing shower room too last minute, thus, they still assign me a bathtub room. But thats ok, I just make do with it. Basic amenities all provided (except disposable ones due to korea's law)
They are quite strict with check in time, but I manage to store my luggage at their lockers and did a wash up before heading out for lunch. So if you arrive early, do prepare some small travel cleanser or a fresh clothes in your bagpack so that you wont have to dig your luggage.

JJennieThe room is clean and spacious. The location is superb where all the shops are just downstairs and opposite hotel is the Michelin guide noodles shop. There is also a coin laundry area where we wash our clothes during our stay. Despite car can’t drive in as it’s located in Myeongdong shopping street, it’s just a 5 mins walk away from the main street. We will definitely stay in this hotel when go Seoul again.

AAnonymous UserLocation is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case..
The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided.
And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner.
International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine.
Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

AaNNa SKLExperience Service Facilities We can leave our luggage at the lobby since we arrive early before the check-in time. The check-in process is very smooth, provided with the booking confirmation and passport verification. The location is very strategic and accessible to many POIs. They change the towels, replenish the toiletries, make up the bed, clean up the trash bin, and provide the free 2 drinking water bottles every day. The conditions in the room are good, and the lighting and temperatures are satisfactory. Since we checked out very early, we can just leave the room card keys at the front office counter at the lobby floor.

GGuest UserMy last day I switched to a dorm. Wish I’d done it sooner. The single room was freezing while the dorm was very comfortable. Same bathroom attached situation so very little advantage for single room and dorm is a lot cheaper

GGuest UserWe are a family of 5, the room was alittle small but cozy for us, might have some trouble finding space to open up our 3 luggages. The loft area is a good configuration as the kids loved the concept. Bed and pillow as comfy enough for us, the city view from the room was lovely. Pantry at the lobby had hot water dispenser for your cup noodles cravings at night. Emart convenience stall is just right next to the hotel. Location is not too bad, train station / airport limo bus is just a 5mins walk away. Overall, we had a great 2 night stay.
