Room is clean but the owner is a ****

Thank you for your kind and polite response despite your luggage in advance and checking in late. Also, the service in the room was substantial and there was no trouble. The location was good and close to the station, so it was very easy to spend. I wanted to use it again.

I was worried because there were few word of mouth, but the receptionist was kind and relieved even though I checked in at about 23:30. The room was very clean and the amenities were sufficient! It was very good to come with bathrobes, bath towels, small towels, toothbrushes, dryers and hair irons!

There are 10 parking facilities in the basement, 5 parking facilities on the ground, and there are many convenience stores around. This is one of the best motels I have stayed in Gyeonggi Province recently. It was on the third floor, so there was no smell of smoke and the room was very warm.

👉🏻Location Not very near to subway. May be a little bit inconvient if you have a big heavy suitcase (just like me) But not really that far away either. 👉🏻Breakfast I stayed for 3 nights. First and second day the food were the same. Third day a little bit different. Not much choices but enough for me as I usually skip breakfast so I can't eat much anyway. Till 9am so early but many hotels are like that so... 👉🏻Cleanliness Facilities look new (observations from the wallpapers or furnitures...) Generally clean. Towel a really little bit stain? But acceptable. I am a person who cares about cleanliness much but felt comfortable may be because it looks pleasant? 👉🏻Room Big sofa and desk. Seems many place to put things. Air conditioner available in October (👍🏻!!) Even the weather is cool outside. Rooms are very hot. Opening the window may not have sometimes (depends on the direction or level of wind) and very noisy. So air conditioning is really very important but many hotels don't allow aircon in Oct 🙄 👉🏻Washroom Shower booth not completely separated. 👎🏻Part of the floor in front of the sink get wet. But I knew it before booking so it's okay. Best showering facilities!👍🏻 Shower head is adjustable (many places don't have!!) Allows PRECISE and immediate adjustment of water pressure and temperature. (You know many places if you turn right you wait for so long and suddenly become so cold then you turn left and the water becomes so hot...)

I asked to check in at 7 pm. I thought it was too late to clean. I didn't expect that if I asked for an early check-in, I would have to pay extra. Moreover, the hotel name or address navigation cannot be found at all. The hotel's front desk is located on the fourth floor, which is difficult to find. But the room is big, cleanliness is OK, the bus station is not far away, but there is no subway station nearby,

The room size, bedding and facilities were not very lacking, but the smell of cigarettes stirred in the room, so I had a headache all night and I fell asleep.No matter how ventilated .. I think the smell of cigarettes comes up downstairs through the toilet ventilation hole ...

明洞周辺のホテルが高額だったので、友人との旅行でこちらのホテルを利用しました。明洞までは電車で1時間弱と少しかかりますが、駅から近いので利便性は十分で価格はリーズナブルです。 ただし周辺が飲み屋街なのか、妖艶な雰囲気が漂っているので、ファミリー向けではないと感じました。 部屋は概ね清潔ですが、トイレの便座など一部で汚れが気になりました。
