It was clean and nice. Soundproofing was a bit disturbing to turn off the chairs upstairs. There were 24-hour restaurants around, so I arrived late, but dinner was also possible.

The hotel has clean rooms, full-time heating in winter, adjustable temperature, elevator equipment, warm and thoughtful service, and convenient transportation. It is near Mudan Subway Station. There is also an older female staff member at the front desk of the hotel who can provide Chinese services, which is very convenient for Chinese customers staying in the hotel. It should be said that the hotel is cost-effective. Regrettably, compared with Chinese hotels of the same price range, the size and equipment of the hotel rooms are quite different.

The room is comfortable and close to the subway station. The owner is very hospitable. The location is very good. There are several food streets behind the street, with all kinds of food. There are many small supermarkets nearby.

Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
