I booked this hotel for my business clients.
1. Location is quite good as it is close to Gangnam area.
2. Hotel was clean and cannot complain about it.
3. Front desk staffs were friendly. But if you try to dial them for the extension of the stay, it was so difficult to make a phone call with the front desk. No response in many cases.
There was no bell boy and no concierge service at all. You will have to carry your own bags, no matter how big it is. If you get the room for your business clients, it can be very embarrassing as they do not provide such a concierge service. I hope the hotel management increases the number of employees for the concierge service.

The service was good except that there weren’t people at the front desk sometimes that we had to wait for quite a while for them to arrive and serve us.

I was curious because the name of the hotel was Militopia, but it turned out to be a hotel built by the Ministry of National Defense. It was located in a quiet area of Wirye New Town, so it was great for a break. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. There was a city bus stop right in front, so it was easy to get there even if you didn't have a car. 100% intention to stay again!

There was also an ice water purifier so I used it well.

The room hygiene is okay on the surface, but the details are terrible☹️.
