This is a great exprience for us for the enrtire stay. From the welcome to the room tour, your staff were so helpful. Facilicties and training for your team is excellent, demonstrate a good teamwork. I especially thanks Mr. Taehee, and the reception on 26 -27 May 2023. They help me find and confirm my lost bag and follow up the delivery of the bags via long haul call .They know I don't understand Korean and be my translator until the car arrived airport, which is my last chance to pick up for my further trip. I was so lucky to meet all of you and wish Bayhill Pool and Villa be the top choice in JEJU.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Very beautiful grounds. Lovely pool and real spa bath. Kids loved swimming and the pikachu blow up balloon. Food was pretty expensive - buffet breakfast for example was KW80k per person which reduces to KW68k for guesses. However, right next to the hotel are nice eateries where KW60k can get you a decent breakfast for a family of four. One night we were lazy and didn’t want to dine out and hotel room service was expensive (eg sea bass dish was KW70k) we asked concierge to help find good delivery, whilst most restaurant don’t deliver they do allow takeaway, the concierge helped arrange for a nearby restaurant to pick my wife up to take her to the restaurant to order and to take her back to the hotel. One day we didn’t want to book a tour so they suggested an English private taxi hire which costs KW250k per day which was great. We were able to get around and go to places we want at our leisure without being rushed by the tour entourage. Hotel was really far from the airport (1hrs drive at least) but near the Jeju temple, Alive museum, the waterfalls, the Cliff, the bear museum (where you can make teddy bears and other attractions. Hotel rooms were clean and nice. Had separate shower from bathtubs but the toilet was not enclosed. Loved the toilet seat though with Biden and all.

If you need a relaxing trip, this is a suitable hotel which is next to the dolphin park. And there is also a bathtub in the room, so you can watch the sea when you take a bath. The only problem is that there is a building in front of the hotel now, so the view is not the most perfect. BTW, host is very kindly, even you aren't korean speaker, he will try to use translate APP to communicate to you.

I booked Jeju trip for three nights. Out of those three, I spent two nights in the eastern part of Jeju in different hotel. Out of curiousity I booked this hotel because when I visited Seoguipo in mid 2010's, I had a chance to walk by and was impressed with landscaping. As soon I checked in, I knew I made a mistake. I should have spent whole three night in this facility. What's striking for me is that the place's ambience is absolutely uncomparable to any where I visited. Normally, traditional korean style ”stays” emphasize bit of gothic style with monotic roof tiles which only rich and privileged have enjoyed and bit fake. But this place has absolutely traditional common village of yester year's of Korea. The small alleys winding around each units and carefully groomed plants ensuring privacies of guests. Staff's are amazing. These aren't just repeatedly trained staff's whose automatic apologies seem very robotic. They genuinely care guests and I am wondering how this small facility retain such fantastic staffs. I highly recommend to book with family, friends for multiple nights. Accomodations are great and just sit around and looking out bring out the very definition of ”healing experience.” Pros: Fantastic experince. Amazing landscaping with careful architecture. Well maintained with facility with great servicing area. Want a genuine traditional village with modern comfort. Great staffs! Cons: Bit retro with mechanical keys and showing bit of age. No direct beach access. If you are a beach head, may not be for you.

You can see the mountains and the sea at a glance. The owner boss is friendly and there is a carbonated hot spring nearby. A little unfortunate is that you have to go out a little to eat, but you can deliver.
