JW Marriott Hotels in Seogwipo

Hôtel Bridge was a great location for Seogwipo as it it close to the sea and cluster of eateries and shops. The hotel is clean but the amenities is scarce for instance; toothpaste and toothbrush you must buy at the vending machine. No body lotion, cotton buds or bathrobe are available in the room. The concierge and attendants in the lobby are pleasant and helpful. I wanted to stay here because I saw the jacuzzi on the top floor, however it is an extra payment and scheduling when to use the jacuzzi. The view from the rooftop is stunning. One must visit and check the sunrise.

Overall was great based on the rate we paid. Things to improve: The cleanness of the toilet is acceptable but could improve further. The towel looks cleaned but with some disgusting smell. The entrance light is operate under sensor. It very distracting especially during bed time. The auto central heater caused making us too warm in the room and can’t be adjusted to air conditioning once the heater is activated by the building. Carpark description as it has height limitations not only size. Small car with certain height won’t fit for the carpark. Only 2 bottles of water provided for 4 pax room and the water is frozen. What we like about the hotel: The location is near to 24 hours laundry and CU. Staff are quite helpful. Free public car park nearby. The small kimbap stall nearby is quite nice. You will pass by the stall if your car is parked at the public carpark.

They are very hospitable, trustworthy, polite and helpful. Though we do have a language barrier but they manage to express and communicate well. I love the food of course, this place is really a nice to re visit and recommend. Kudos to everyone I do loved and enjoy staying here. Thank you for everything 😊

*Location wise: Perfect! close to beautiful spots, jeongbang falls, seogwipo submarine, Mt Hallasan nature park, etc! shops, food street,l. *The staff are friendly and accommodating. *Great value for money. *Big and spacious rooms. *Clean and tidy.

Resort location. Not bad. Lots of things to see around. Parking lot is small. Lobby is small (check-in time takes a long time.) Outdoor pool closes at 5 or 6. Even if you check in at 3, you can only enter at 4. If you unpack and do other things, you can only use the outdoor pool for about 30 minutes. On the other hand, Sky Pool had a better view than I thought. Most of the panoramic pools I've been to are built right next to the coast, but the coastline seen from the hillside was very attractive. Sky Pool at sunset was really nice. As with all resorts, there are many programs, so I think it's a place where you can spend 2 nights to your heart's content for those who plan to do most of their things at the resort. (There are many things to see around, so I think it would be okay to stay 2 nights and 3 days or 3 nights and 4 days as the main accommodation.) Aside from the wear and tear from time to time, the cleanliness was pretty clean. There seemed to be a lot of negative comments about the cleanliness, but I wonder if it has improved or if I was lucky. The reason I gave the facility a 4 is because there are many shopping areas, places to eat, etc., but I think there was a mistake in the design phase. The route is too unreasonable. The distance from the lobby to the room is longer than expected. The distance from the room to the parking lot is very far. The distance from the room to the outdoor pool is also far, and the elevator is slow. The room to the sky pool is adequate (since it is in front of the lobby). This probably can't be improved, so...

I attended a conference here and brought my family. We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings. We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as ****** and cinema attached to the Marriott. There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus. We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish! For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was big and clean, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. View from our room wasn’t a feature - for our room type it was random what you got as a view, I would recommend the hotel charges slightly more for ocean view rooms so customers can pick that. Unfortunately the pool was closed for scheduled cleaning on our one full day there, so recommend contacting hotel or scouring the fine print for pool closed dates. We did use the pool the afternoon we arrived and it was very nice.

The service is excellent, with exceptionally amiable staff. optimized air conditioning. The cuisine is exquisite and reflects diverse cultures. In front of the hotel, there is a bus stop, facilitating transport to surrounding tourist destinations.

Amazing Room with Excellent Service I stayed at Kenny Stay Jeju in Seogwipo, and honestly, I absolutely loved the room. One side of the room had a full window, offering a stunning view of the city and even the mountains in the morning. The room was spacious for a solo traveler, clean, and beautifully designed. The only downside was that when I checked in, all the amenities were already out downstairs. The self-check-in and self-check-out process was straightforward, which I found very convenient. Originally, I was supposed to stay for two nights, but due to a change in my flight schedule, I requested to cancel the second night. They approved it immediately without any hassle, which I truly appreciated. The service was exceptional, and I’m so grateful for their understanding. Thank you so much for making my stay such a pleasant experience! Highly recommended.
