Shinhwa Water Park Free Ticket: Super invincible! Everyone who comes to Jeju Island must come here to play. Children love it too much and there are not many people! Hygiene: The room is large and comfortable! But the worst thing is that you have to wait for check-in for a long time and the whole lobby is full of people! Service: The service is still a bit behind and slow Facilities: There are many restaurants in the park, so you don't have to eat out at all! Shopping: In addition to convenience stores, the hotel's shopping mall has high-end brands! Car: You must call a car. It's not convenient to get here! Call a car and you can also play the chocolate factory, orange park, and teddy park next door when you leave! They are all worth going to!

The extraordinary services of the hotel staff are unforgettable. I must specially thank you the Receptionist ”Elin”. She is very attentive and understands what I need promptly. She quickly makes thoughtful arrangements for me during check in. This allowed my wife and I to recover and enjoy the entire trip.

Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

😃Actually, it is right next to the popular Parnas Hotel, located in the Chinese Resort of Seogwipo. There are few people and beautiful scenery. The key is that the price did not increase during the National Day holiday, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is basically full of Koreans. I didn’t meet any Chinese people during the three days of stay. 😭, I will write down my experience for your reference 🌲Huge natural garden! 🏞️The vast sea! ⛰️The cliff trail full of wildness! 🏝️Comparable to the top island atmosphere in Southeast Asia 😃Stayed at the Life Hotel in Seogwipo, Jeju Island 🛖The atmosphere is not inferior to 🏝️The first-line big-name hotel in Nusadua, Bali, is also on the cliff, very much like the Bali Hilton, facing the sea, opened in 1990 and maintained very well, it only takes 2h✈️+🚌 to get there from Shanghai, it is perfect for lying down! 1️⃣Convenient transportation Exit from Gate 5 of the airport and take bus 600/601 to the hotel entrance in 1 hour 2️⃣Check-in Arrived at the hotel at 12 noon and was informed that check-in would start at 14:00. The lobby is located on the highest floor above the cliff, full of French style + Korean exquisiteness. After storing the luggage, go to the columnar joint belt + lunch, and come back to check in on time at 14:00. There is a person at the front desk who speaks Chinese 3️⃣Room experience It is strongly recommended to book a sea view room, located on the top floor of the 6th floor. Under the cliff is the Chinese bathing beach, which requires a mountain trail to go down. There are few people on the beach, and there is a volcanic rock, which is good for digging sand and catching the sea! 6️⃣Surroundings You can walk to the Teddy Bear Museum, the most beautiful Starbucks in Jeju Island, and there are bhc fried chicken and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantage is that there are fewer foods within walking distance, which is not as mature as other places. It takes 2-3km to take a taxi to be lively. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the columnar joint belt, 25 minutes to the dragon head coast, and 30 minutes to the Jeongbang Waterfall, Independence Rock, submarines and other attractions in Seogwipo city

We really liked this hotel. It is easy to get to - take the 600 bus directly from the airport. The hotel has stunning green areas, next to the sea. There are places to walk and things to see. The island's attractions - waterfalls - are within walking distance from the hotel. We vacationed in July - the pool was open, and the staff kindly prepared sun loungers and umbrellas for us. The room was cleaned daily. The room has disposable bath amenities. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our room category for free upon arrival - we lived with windows overlooking the ocean, and the view was truly magnificent. We definitely recommend it, nothing but positive emotions.

The apartment is very near to the theme park and provides free theme park admission. However, we need to drive out to get to the other attractions. Convenience store is nearby and the sauna and indoor swimming pool is a plus especially during cold weather. The apartment area does not seem to be solely owned by the hotel organisation. Therefore, there may be a mix of residents and tourists.

A great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

Relaxing serene environment to take a break. Beautiful infinity pool in the middle of the mountain. Great, attentive service. Walking trails were a little strange. But otherwise, very nice stay.
