"The beds are very inconfortable, and for shower they give you two simple hair towel for two days. The front desk is never there. The breakfast lady is so nice and accomoding but the breakfast in istelf is too pricey (see the pictures below) for what it is. Those have nothing to do with the pictures you seen online or at the hôtel . Convenient for the bus and Olle Market entrance 5 You can use tbe laundry room only if you have a credit card."

"Overall its a good stay, however do note there is only 1 elevator hence there might be a short wait. The hotel is clean and nice, however the bed is slightly to the harder side. Do note that the bathroom light will automatically shut off after awhile (my guess is to save battery?) No drinks in the room, please take the Mineral water from the receptionist. The only downside for me is the room is not in total darkness as the aircon light and the digital setting on the wall is quite bright which make it quite hard to sleep. I have to use a towel to block the digital light on the wall but nothing I can do on the aircon light as it is on the ceiling."

"Shin Shin Hotel Cheonjiyeon in Seogwipo was a pleasant surprise. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Cheonjiyeon Falls and surrounded by cozy cafés and restaurants. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern bidet that felt luxurious. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. For a budget-friendly stay, the value was excellent, especially considering the proximity to key attractions. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers seeking convenience and comfort without breaking the bank. A great base for exploring Jeju Island’s southern charm."

"The hotel location was good, near to convenience store and lots of restaurant nearby. It's 10mins walk away from bus terminal, getting from airport to hotel was also convenient. The room was relatively clean, only that at times there is sewer or unpleasant smell coming from the toilet & toilet drain."

"Our second stay and I would love to return again It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful. Clean, nice, heated pool. Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient. The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there. As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view. The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view. There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building. The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube. Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs."

"Clean room with fresh sheets and great view of Hallasan from the room. Although room is not the newest and they don’t provide amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, there were hand wash liquid and lotion provided. Toilet was also big. Had to park our car at a big sheltered public parking space about 2 mins away from the hotel but it was not a problem. Hotel is nearby food area and is walking distance away from the popular market. Overall, a great experience at Hotel Golden Daisy, value for money and would stay here again!"

"Clean room and good service with reasonable price to enjoy Jeju island and mountains. Many buses to mountain and airport next to the hotel also"

"Disadvantages: It takes around 10-20 mins walk uphill to a bus station, which is a bit tiring on hot days. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby, but many of them are closed, so the choice is very limited. Advantages: Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot. We stayed in the main building, and were lucky to be on the first floor with a direct entrance to the pool. There is one indoors pool and two outdoors as well as a hot tub. The breakfast choice is not very wide, but it perfectly matched our taste and we loved it. The staff is nice and helpful. We would like to return to this hotel next time."
