By far the best hotel we stayed at in Jeju. We had the suit with a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. We loved our room and the bed was heavenly.
Breakfast could be improved (variety) but there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the island if you want something different.

This resort is awesome! Toilet is very good, the bathroom (and bathtub), basin, and toilet are separate. Snowed during our stay, view is excellent.

The entrance is dark no light at night. Sign of the hotel is not visible at all. Need to improve.
Service staff is kind and helpful. A big thumbs up although they’re English not very good.
Overall happy with the room except there are no toothbrushes and only one tower for couples. Yes we can ask but I think it’s a human error

If you have young children, Y Resort is even better for swimming
I visited this summer as well
It's a simple menu, but the free breakfast is good
I'm satisfied with the swimming pool
The location is also great with the view of Sanbangsan Mountain

The counter staff were very friendly, and I thought the store on the lobby floor would be expensive, but the price was reasonable, so I used it well. It was nice to be able to take a foot bath and have a swimming pool. I plan to use it on my next business trip as well.
