Firstly I booked this property by mistake and realised within 5mins of completing the booking and seeing it in the ‘My Trips’ summary. I immediately reached out to trip customer care who was very understanding and helpful, first trying to amend the dates for me which the hotel refused and then they said they could try negotiate a free refund which the hotel also refused. Which is within their right, but I found it to lack grace and understanding.
Once arriving at the hotel we we were happy with the space and cleanliness. The villa is open and spacious, has good appliances available and is modern. However, there are lots of catches to the stay which aren’t stated in the listing- the most notable being that if you’d like the private pool in the villa to be filled you need to pay an additional fee 50-100k. You also need to wash all the dishes, take out the trash and so on which isn’t the convenience one might expect for a vacation rental especially when it’s not stated in advance.

House is big and in good location. Also, the big shared swimming pool is nice. Otherwise, many things look old. Elements in the room need to be repaired or renovated. Do not order private pool water fill. We paid 100kW for hot water, but in reality we got temperature lower than in big pool and in 2 days it disappered (was expected that it will stay filled)

Nice accommodation but lacking in a lot of things.
1. Outdoor patio tent was torn & broken (see attached photo)
2. Central heating cannot be adjusted and air conditioner doesn’t work and looks like it has not been maintained properly
3. No bath towels are provided. Only hand towels are available
4. Not enough plug points
5. No microwave

These villas are fantastic! We can't call a cab in the morning, the staff is so wonderful that they transport us to the bus terminal.
The view of the villa is breathtaking. It’s well equipped with pots and pans in the kitchen. It’s soooo spacious. Definitely worth for this price.

The first floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and washing machine, and the second floor has two rooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. There is a restaurant within walking distance of the Sanbangsan Mountain View, and there is a cafe in the complex, so it is convenient. They gave us plenty of towels, and there were plenty of bathroom and outdoor slippers, but it was a shame that there were no indoor slippers. It would be good to bring slippers. It was quiet and nice to rest.

This luxury villa at this price was really great.
I was a little disappointed that the price went down after I made the reservation, but it was still the best. The location is near Sanbangsan, so it's close to Jungmun Aewol and not too far from the airport.
It's 15 minutes away from Moseulpo Port, so it was good to take the ferry to Gapado or Marado.
The raw fish restaurant the owner introduced was fresh and the price was good.
My friends were also satisfied and said they wanted to use it again.
