Old hotel in a great location - busy intersection. Walkable to waterfall and to market. The basement carpark is a godsend. We were so happy to be able to park in the basement then take the lift direct to our room. Its so helpful on rainy days.
If you do not speak Korean, and your rental vehicle GPS cannot locate the hotel it can be very tricky. Our GPS pointed us to a carpark space behind the hotel and it was difficult navigating out. It was lucky that we recognise the building exterior. In Jeju, most smaller hotels will not put their English names on the building, so either you memorize the Korean name or you have to try your luck.
The room is small, but expected as the room rate is low. So taper your expectations and you will love it.

Very good hotel, clean, warm and cozy. From my room on the 7th floor I could see the sea. The room is quite large with a large window. The bed is large, a little hard, but on the fourth night I got used to it. On the first floor there is a cooler with hot water, glasses and tea. There is also a mosquito repellent in the room. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the sea. There are grocery stores and a bus stop nearby. There is also a bathroom and hot water in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The ocean view from room 10 on the 6th floor. It was spectacular and refreshing to see the sun rising in the morning. From the rooftop, you can see the peak of Mt. Halla and the ocean in Seogwipo City. It's also nice to boil ramen. It's a bit of an old hotel, but I was satisfied.

The exterior was a bit old, but the interior was much better than expected. The bathrooms were all spacious and quiet when the windows were closed, but the lack of wifi was a bit inconvenient. But the rest was better than other hotels for the price. Good.
