위치도 좋고 조식도 맛있고 수영장도 이용할수있어 전체적으로 가성비가 좋은 호텔이예요. 바다가 살짝 보이는 룸으로 배정받아 좋았어요. 아주 고급진 느낌은 아니지만 중문관광단지내 호텔 중에서 가격 매리트가 있어 제주여행을 하게 된다면 재방문 고려해볼 거 같아요.

5성급 호텔답게 최고의 컨디션 서비스를 유지해줬지만 갖춰진 어메니티는 5성급호텔이라고 할 수 없었다. 샴푸는 푸석하며, 드라이기는 동네 모텔에서도 안쓸것같은 제품으로 머리 말리는데 시간을 상당히 할애했다. 더 낮은 금액으로 에어비앤비를 묵어도 더 나은 어메니티를 경험했을것같아서 제주도에서 5성급 호텔 경험을 굳이 라고 생각한다.

출장때문에 일부로 컨벤션센터 바로 옆인 부영에서 묵고 다음 날 바로 중문에 다른 호텔 갔는데 같은 5성급이지만 부영은 조금 낡은 느낌이 있더군요.
청소도 그렇게 깨끗하지 않았고.. 저는 다음 번에 제주가면 굳이 부영으로는 안갈거 갔습니다. 서비스가 그리 좋지 않았던 것 같습니다.
혼자였고 짐이 많아서 발렛 요청드렸는데, 그냥 앞에 세우시면 되요 그러더라는.. 그냥 일행오고 나중에 짐빼서 들어옴
