The room is huge, clean and has everything you will need. You can ask for a steamer from the housekeeping if you need to steam your clothes. The location is away from everything but very beautiful and quiet. The hotel does not have anyone to help us with the luggage upon checking in and checking out which is weird for a big hotel like this so if you have big luggage you might have to manage it yourself. Onsen is separated male and female and is beautiful but closed early like 8 pm if I'm not wrong wished it was open till much later like 10 pm or 9.30pm at least.

The room is very spacious and the service staff is friendly, but the hotel is a bit remote and needs to be driven to be more convenient.

Great hotel. Warm welcome. For the concept of the hotel, hotel bar would be nice. It seems to be a great family retreat . The onsen with natural carbonated water is great and was very beneficial after our long hiking tour. The dinner in the restaurant was exquisite.

This is a place I found out about by chance. I found out about it while I was planning to go to the Bonte Museum. The staff's service was excellent overall. I liked the comfortable environment, hot springs, and swimming pool. The room was quite large, so it was good for healing. The location, which requires a car, can be both an advantage and a disadvantage. The cute book cafe was also nice.

Overall, living here feels like staying in a resort! There are hot spring swimming pools, sports spaces, many museums and golf clubs nearby! We checked in in the afternoon and saw that the sun was shining in the room. It was really beautiful! ! The food the next morning was also very rich. This restaurant is really worth recommending! !
