My experience at the hotel was largely positive. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after busy days. However, navigating the car park was a bit challenging due to narrow spaces.

The Aircon don’t work and the floor wood ***** condition is not very good. Overall, the room is clean and spacious enough for a family of 4.

The staff is friendly, it's close to Jungmun Tourist Complex, and it's clean. It was convenient to be able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

I was traveling to Jeju Island with my child. Ramen noodles were provided in the room, water was free, you could eat as much as you wanted in the cafeteria, and the service was very good. It's a small hotel, but I stayed comfortably for one night. The male staff was very kind and I was very thankful that he took care of it for me when I was having trouble parking!!

The sanitary conditions are very good and new. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. It is near the entrance of the Chinese tourist area. Bus No. 600 can go directly there. The guy and girl at the front desk are very friendly.

It is a great accommodation for families to spend time together as it is divided into two rooms. I am very willing to use it again next time.

There are English check-in instructions at the counter when you check in. The environment is very clean and tidy, and there are instant noodles🍜 However, there happened to be a light in the room that didn't light up when I checked in. The room happened to be full that day, so I couldn't change it. It was a small fly in the ointment!

I found this hotel without much expectations. It exceeded my great expectations. All counter people are very friendly. Room upgrades include complimentary breakfast for 5 days. It was a perfect hotel with all services There are many 5-star hotels in the area, and I have used them before so I was able to compare them, and I think this is the best hotel for the price. Breakfast was provided as a box lunch, and it was more delicious and luxurious than the first class in-flight meal on Korean Air. Of course, if I go to Jeju again next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel, and this is a hotel I would like to introduce to my friends who are also planning to go to Jeju.
