인원추가 비용은 요구하면서 월컴드링크 생수는 룸 당 2병이라 안된다는데..추가비용은 어디부분에 해당인지
...이해하기 어렵네요
정책상 받을건 받아야하지만 고객의 서비스 따윈 제공하지 않겠다는건지 의문입니다
이런 서비스는 어디에서도 받아본적이 없네요.

다소 한적한곳에 위치해있고 바로앞이 바다이긴한데 이쁜바다는 아님. 숙소의 장점은 침대가 편하고 조식이 괜찮다는거 또 정원에 야자수가있어서 제주도에 온 느낌이 확 남.

이전에 투숙경험이 있어 4월 20일 재방문하였으나 체크인후 방을 확인해보니 냉장고가 고장이 났는지 냉장이 안되어
프론트에 문의하였더니 냉장고를 확인후 바로 작동이 될거라하여 음료를 보관후 저녁식사후 11시경
룸에 들어와보니 냉장고는 계속 작동되지 않아 시원한 음료는 따뜻해졌고(우유는 버렸습니다) 따뜻한 콜라를 마셔야 했습니다.
다음날 체크아웃시 불편했던 점을 컴플레인하였더니 미안하다며 그럴수 있다는 식으로 답변하여 기분이 상하였습니다.
비행시간에 쫓겨 프론트에 정당한 대책을 알려달라고 전화번호를 남겼는데 아직까지(4월 28일) 아무런 답변이 없습니다.
숙소측의 무성의한 태도에 정말 실망스럽고 혹 투숙 예정인 고객은 이점 참고하시기 바랍니다.

오션뷰로 잡았는데 주차장이 보여서
기대랑은 좀 달랐지만 그래도 위치도 좋고 뷰도 나쁘지 않았어요
널찍하고 침대도 푹신하고 엄마도 좋아하셨어요~
가격대비 가족들이 오기에 괜찮은 것 같아요
다만 화장실에서 살짝 냄새가 나네요

Là chuyến đi đầu tiên đến jeju nhưng không may mắn vì thời tiết hôm đó mưa bão nên đã không thể đi được nhiều nơi.Nhưng ngược lại khách sạn khá ok ,view nhìn ra biển nên chúng mình đã rất thích ,không gian rộng ,thoáng mát😇.

근처 리조트들 몇 번 이용했던터라 위치는 잘 알고 있었고, 시설도 이용해 본 지인에게 들어서 알고 있었어요. 동부쪽 여행하기엔 괜찮은 위치에 있어요.
예약 전 검색할 때 애들 둘 이라고 설정하고 더블베드 두 개짜리 룸으로 예약하고 간건데... 체크인할 때 갑자기 초등생 1명 1박에 만원씩을 추가로 내라고 해서 가자마자 당황했었어요^^;;; (사전고지 해주었더라면 좋았을것같아요)
애들이랑 다녀서 룸 깨끗한지 걱정하고, 늘 들어가면 닦고 다니는데 먼지도 없고 깨끗했어요. 옆에 체크아웃 한 룸들 청소하시는 거 우연히 봤는데 이유를 알 수 있어요~ 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리면서 굉장히 열심히 하시더라구요. ^^;
너무 더워서 애들은 밖에 나갈 생각도 없고, 계속 수영장에서 놀았거든요.
팔찌 받아서 차면 무료로 이용 할 수 있어요.
튜브만 빌려다주면(신분증 맡기고 3000원 내고 빌려요),
여행 내내 종일 물에서 신 나게 놀고 집에 가기 싫다고 하더라구요.. ^^ 그걸로 만족이예요.
동부권을 여행할 때 또 찾을 것 같아요!
