All of the hotel staff we met were nice and friendly! However, there could be a lot more that can be done to maintain the hotel better. The cabinet was dusty, the basin tap sprays water onto the basin so that it was wet whenever I used it. The toilet door handle was broken but was glued back. All of the lamp shields in my room were slanted - this is not a practical problem but these are easy fixes . The hotel could also fix big bottle of shampoo and onto the wall instead of giving us shampoo bars. The only upside was the bedding seems quite clean. Sorry to the nice staff we have met but I dont think it is a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful forest. The lobby is very nice, but the rooms are a bit outdated and could use a renovation, as well as a deeper cleaning of the bathrooms.
The schedule of activities could be better organized, especially in relation to breakfast. I took part in the forest activity, which I really enjoyed, and I had purchased breakfast, but there wasn't much time to enjoy it. What a pity.

It is only good for visitors who are driving, the room is huge and facilities are so-so which is not really that fantastic and value for the money.

We intentionally booked the hotel in this location, which is surrounded by forest and near to Hallasan!
The hotel owns huge forest walking trail that was beautiful and very healing. The hotel was not very crowded too which helped me to quieten myself and spend some good quality time.
All staff were super assistive and trying to help for all our inquiries. Breakfast was quite plenty, the meal range was also pretty plentiful without lacking anything. We were surprised by the pastry quality!
Only thing we found weird was the swimming cap rental system, which required to borrow and pay 2,000 won every time we go to the pool. Hope it is a one time rental fee.
Overall we had a great time for two nights! Recommend this hotel for those who look for a relaxing and well being time.
