Hotel Toscana Reviews

Facilities were neat but much smaller than expected compare to other 5 start hotels (since it was a resort). They have great restaurant for dinner, very much enjoyed. My room was supposed to be a ocean view, however due to construction, it was literally construction view with much noises through out the two nights stay. In addition, I got unknown skin allergy as soon as I entered the room near my belly area, and got so much worse after taking shower from the room right after I noticed the skin irritation. The irritation and itchiness got worse after having dinner from the restaurant located in the hotel, I could not get sleep at all first night. Second night, the allergy got spread all over my chest, neck, belly and even through my limbs right after I took a bath in my room. Since I don't know the exact root cause of this allergy, I won't blame Toscana, but unfortunately, this was not a pleasant trip for me, I will not visit Toscana, never again.

The inside of the accommodation is clean and very well maintained. I chose the kids family room because I had kids, and it was convenient because it was equipped with toys and the interior design was tailored to children. The breakfast menu also has a good variety. Parking is somewhat limited in the hotel, so sometimes you have to park in the second parking lot or on the road outside the hotel. The swimming pool was warm because it was a heated pool, but the temperature was chilly in early March so I couldn't play for long. There was a movie playing near the pool and fun music, so the atmosphere was nice. Afterwards, I ate a lot of chicken and beer. The disappointing thing is that the indoor heating was so hot that I slept poorly. It seems like the heating temperature is not controlled well. I want to visit again next time

The accommodation was clean and the view was nice. The heated pool was so warm that my child didn’t feel cold. It was almost like a hot spring. It was a delicious fish cake and sweet potato restaurant. Personally, I like hardwood floors, and this was exactly the type of floor I liked. Breakfast was also clean. Honestly, I will come back next time. The heated pool is really warm. I've been to all of Shilla Lotte. It’s the warmest here! The bed was comfortable too. I'm sensitive to sleep. I slept well.

The flight was delayed by 2 hours and arrived after 8 o'clock. I was worried that it would be cold in the winter, but it was nice that the swimming pool was as warm as a hot spring. I also enjoyed snacking on fish cakes and roasted sweet potatoes while watching movies. I recently went to Batubu in Japan, and I think this place is better.^^ The room condition was also satisfactory and good.

It's great for traveling with kids. The accommodations are spacious and the toys and ondol bunk beds are nice. Passports are also fun. The swimming pool is also nice and warm~

It was a trip with the Tuscan Hotel family and I was very satisfied. I especially liked the warm hot water pool. I made happy memories with my family by eating delicious chicken and unlimited roasted sweet potatoes and fish cakes. This is a hotel I would like to visit again next time.

The swimming pool is well maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly too. I also received a lot of vouchers. It's different from 2 years ago. It looks like it was remodeled.

I was worried because there were a lot of accommodations in Jeju. Decided after careful consideration I was 100% satisfied with my 2-night stay with absolutely no regrets. Cleanliness is basic and staff service is key. It was good because it wasn’t too much. And it's not a forced smile, it's natural. I am impressed by the professional response. The microwave oven in the middle also played a role💚 Some parts may be sensitive because there are children. I liked it I'm going to rest well♡

It's clean and the staff are very friendly. The heated pool is too warm at night. I had a great time resting on a family trip. Recommended for family travel

Although the hotel was a bit remote, you can still get there in 10 minutes from Seogwipo New Town. The room condition was very good and the outdoor pool had a nice atmosphere with warm water. The front desk and other staff were very friendly, and it was a hotel that was especially considerate of children.

The service was very friendly and the swimming pool was great to use.

I used the kids room, and the baby loved the car bed! The heated pool was nice and warm. I'll come again next time!

The amenities are good too. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and we made good memories. It's so good. I'll come again the next time I travel to Jeju. ^^
