This was my second visit and it was a good memory. The outside looked more gloomy than two years ago as if it had not been maintained. However, the room was clean and well-organized, and the TV and wifi were all convenient to use. I had a good rest without any inconvenience at a low price.

It has a great view of Seopjikoji, but the exterior is old and the paint is peeling, making it look ugly.
But the interior has great facilities.

Even on weekdays, it was good value for money at around 100,000 won for one night with a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, and a great view.
The scenery outside the window was very nice. Check-in was easy as it was self-check-in with a password.
The convenience store facilities inside were a bit disappointing. There are limited times when alcohol can be purchased.
If you're on a business trip to the Phoenix Convention Hall, it's a 5-minute walk, so it's very convenient. If you take a car, it takes longer to get there, so I recommend walking.

It wasn't cleaned at all.
They said they would change the room, but there was a strange smell in the room, so I asked for only the sheets and changed them.
The room is about 40 pyeong.
It's really spacious
The location is really good, but it has a slightly pleasant smell.
If you cross the middle of Seopjikoji, you can get there in 5 minutes.
There is a microwave and a washing machine.
The washing machine has a drying function.
If you want to do laundry, please bring laundry detergent.
I think it would be nice if the room was just cleaned.
I am willing to use it on the wall too.
The counter staff are kind and check-in and check-out.
It is a cost-effective accommodation.
