Family-friendly Hotels in Seogwipo

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

We've stayed at this resort on several different occasions. Usually book directly on the resort site but often the rooms are sold out and it is best to book here. The resort is a top choice and must for families with children. There is something for everyone, and the location is close by many of Jeju's top attractions from museums to beaches and beautiful trekking trails. The swimming pool and waterpark are a must for children and the shopping mall in the lower levels are also convenient and fun.

The extraordinary services of the hotel staff are unforgettable. I must specially thank you the Receptionist ”Elin”. She is very attentive and understands what I need promptly. She quickly makes thoughtful arrangements for me during check in. This allowed my wife and I to recover and enjoy the entire trip.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was big and clean, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. View from our room wasn’t a feature - for our room type it was random what you got as a view, I would recommend the hotel charges slightly more for ocean view rooms so customers can pick that. Unfortunately the pool was closed for scheduled cleaning on our one full day there, so recommend contacting hotel or scouring the fine print for pool closed dates. We did use the pool the afternoon we arrived and it was very nice.

Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

😃Actually, it is right next to the popular Parnas Hotel, located in the Chinese Resort of Seogwipo. There are few people and beautiful scenery. The key is that the price did not increase during the National Day holiday, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is basically full of Koreans. The lobby is located on the highest floor above the cliff, full of French style + Korean exquisiteness. After storing the luggage, go to the columnar joint belt + lunch, and come back to check in on time at 14:00. There is a person at the front desk who speaks Chinese 3️⃣Room experience It is strongly recommended to book a sea view room, located on the top floor of the 6th floor. The room is very large, 40+ square meters, with a balcony facing the south sea view. Bathtub, shower and toilet are separated, and the minibar is moderately priced 4️⃣Entertainment facilities 3 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools are connected, very large, with poolside bar, and LIVE at night; the hotel gym, game room, and outdoor small zoo are very interesting 5️⃣Hotel environment and beach The hotel is a huge garden on the cliff, and the plant maintenance is great. Under the cliff is the Chinese bathing beach, which requires a mountain trail to go down. There are few people on the beach, and there is a volcanic rock, which is good for digging sand and catching the sea! 6️⃣Surroundings You can walk to the Teddy Bear Museum, the most beautiful Starbucks in Jeju Island, and there are bhc fried chicken and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantage is that there are fewer foods within walking distance, which is not as mature as other places. It takes 2-3km to take a taxi to be lively. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the columnar joint belt, 25 minutes to the dragon head coast, and 30 minutes to the Jeongbang Waterfall, Independence Rock, submarines and other attractions in Seogwipo city

Hae Beach is always right~^^ Since the kids were under 19, we used the hotel pool. It was so fun to use the hotel's outdoor pool and jacuzzi in a slightly cold and rainy atmosphere.^^ The price difference between the village view and the ocean view was big, so we used the village view, but it was okay because we didn't have much to look outside. Bakery Margo is delicious, as always. * The living room has an ondol and air conditioner that operates automatically according to the set temperature, but it was a bit difficult to adjust the temperature at first. It would be convenient if you could guide us.

Relaxing serene environment to take a break. Beautiful infinity pool in the middle of the mountain. Great, attentive service. Walking trails were a little strange. But otherwise, very nice stay.

I stayed for 2 nights and I made a mistake booking an extra night and the staff was so helpful and they returned my money with no hesitation. I recommend this hotel, the beach is near by, just a 10 minute walk and the breakfast is great, western and Korean dishes.

A resort hotel located near the famous attraction Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak! As soon as you enter the door, you are attracted by the large swimming pool! The hotel is right outside the beach. There are also 7-Eleven and 70 25 supermarkets, which is quite convenient. However, if you want to eat, you have to drive to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak.
