Horrible , unprofessional service. We stayed 1 night and someone scratched our car in the parking. When we asked reception they said that they don't know anything about it. Arrived next day with the police and police found out that their employee did it when he cleaned the snow. They deliberately hid this information, even though there was a message from the employee on the reception. They did not want to let us know that it was them. They were so rude about it and acted like it was nothing. Then manager called said that they will give us their insurance to continue with it and did not even say SORRY!!!! Horrible service! They damaged our property!!!! And acted like it was nothing!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMEND!

The hotel exceeded expectations. We had a lovely room with a huge balcony overlooking the grounds. The hotel itself seems to be freshly refurbished, it had the best mattress I have ever slept on and the food in the restaurant was great. There were both Czech and international dishes. The soups were especially tasty and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was great! Several different saunas to experience, and a lovely relaxation area. You must try the sauna ceremonial rituals, there were excellent! We have already booked a second weekend and cannot wait to go there again. Very highly recommended!
