I honestly don't understand how the 4 stars are allowed for this hotel. Very small double room, very damaged 70s taps, obviously, very small television, mold on the walls, poorly trained reception staff, 10 euros a day to park a motorbike. I strongly advise against these hotels.

I was disappointed with the ritz hotel, a 4 star hotel but in fact 2 star. It's a shame because the pool is beautiful. The room dates back to the 70s/80s with old bathrooms and age-old furnishings, with smelly furniture and bathrooms which are also very old (an elderly person would not tolerate the 70s bathtub. I asked for the 70s mattresses to be replaced and, although with the utmost kindness of the staff, they were replaced with slightly superior mattresses. In short, politely sharing my complaints with the reception, it emerges that the hotel needs to be completely renovated. Otherwise it would have to lose two stars and halve the prices it would require at least the replacement of the upholstery on its floor. Small precautions would therefore improve the service, also because the breakfast was excellent.

Abbiamo soggiorno in questo albergo 3 notti a conclusione delle nostre vacanze da 'turisti' in giro per le Marche. L'albergo è in una posizione fantastica, di fronte al mare. Le camere, è vero sono un po' datate, ma non manca niente e sono sempre pulitissime. Il ristorante è ottimo, buffet sempre ricco e vario e tutto il personale ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso. L'animazione è il top: sorridenti, affettuosi con i bambini e coinvolgenti. Il commento dei miei bambini: mamma quando possiamo tornare?

Siamo venuti due anni di fila, anche col bambino piccolo. Cibo ottimo, personale gentile, atmosfera accogliente, arredamento un po’ nostalgico da anni d’oro Novanta. Mi è sembrato di fare un tuffo nel passato. È vista mare e ha una piscina grande sul retro. Personalmente lo adoro.

ho soggiornato a luglio 1 settimana con famiglia. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era una camera da 2 persone a cui è stato aggiunto un letto a castello per farla diventare da 4 persone: risultato non ci si muoveva e abbiamo dovuto mettere le valigie sotto al letto! Arredi vecchi e bagno troppo datato: la ventola funzionava ad intermittenza, cosa inaccetabile per un bagno senza finestre. Non c'era la doccia e la vasca era di 40 anni fa. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a 50m dal mare, in spiaggia tutto ha funzionato bene e anche la piscina (sul retro dell'hotel, vicino alla ferrovia) era pulita e ben tenuta. Formula all inclusive nota positiva: capo sala e personale di sala molto professionali; cibo vario e di buona qualità con menzione speciale per la colazione che si può effettuare all'aperto con vista mare.

Buongiorno, sono appena tornata da questa vacanza settembrina con la mia famiglia. Dove cominciare hotel 4* forse negli anni 70 quando è stato costruito. Bagno con vasca di un colore molto vetusto, piastrelle bicolor e rubinetti anni 70 no miscelatore, armadio della camera da ristrutturare e rimodernare. Passiamo al letto rete non doghe, materasso con le mole. Anche gli ascensori sono un po' datati da rimodernare. Corridoio delle camere con moquette molto molto sporca, scale di emergenza non ha norma, sono a chiocciola 🐌 e sporche. La reception assolutamente da rimodernare tutto bucherellata e struccata male. Unica nota positiva personale di sala gentili e molto disponibili. Spiaggia convenzionata, pavimentazione da rifare si rischia una caduta e farsi veramente male, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Il personale della spiaggia cordiale disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ultima nota negativa essendo partiti in giorno prima ci è stato detto che non potevano stornare il GG prima di partenza. Il prezzo da 4* non è giustificato l'hotel se rimane così non più di due stelle super Per cui regalato un pranzo e una cena che rimane in sospeso per chi ne vorrebbe usufruire
