First of all, I can truly say that it was one of my favorite hotels where I stay. THE STAFF, I never met such polite people as I met in the Hotel Le Querce. Receptionist Maria, you deserve the word, because of how friendly and helpful you are for all kinds and all ages of people. Waitresses who work at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always listening to things you ask for, “IF YOU DONT LIKE THE FOOD WHICH YOU CHOOSE FOR DINNER, OKAY THEY WILL CHANGE IT” also, “IF YOU WANTS EGGS, SAUSAGES OR PANCAKES OR WHATEVER YOU LIKE TO EAT AT THE BREAKFAST JUST ASK, AND THEY ALWAYS BRING THE FOOD WHICH YOU WANT”. The owners of the hotel, truly care about their customers, if you have some problems with your room or something else and you ask them to correct any mistake, they immediately goes to correct that mistake, never delays your request, you ask for something and you immediately get it. In addition, food is very delicious, big portions and you always are full for all day. Overall, the people you met who works and the hotel is passionate with they work they genuinely care about their customers, I will come not only one time in this hotel thats for sure. the hotel rooms are beautiful and cleaned every day, the food is delicious and the staff is very kind and will be happy to help you with serious questions and problems. I really recommend this hotel.

Bellissima esperienza, abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto, abbiamo preso la camera più grande all’ultimo piano, con un terrazzo enorme e nostra figlia di un anno e 5 mesi poteva giocare e correre in tutta sicurezza, camera pulita, il balcone un po’ meno, cibo ottimo, il cuoco si è reso disponibile a preparare in base alle ns esigenze la pappa per la bambina. Hotel Vicino al mare, e al centro raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi.

Hotel 3 stelle sito in una tranquilla zona silenziosa e residenziale; é ben posizionato in quanto dista una decina circa di minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Senigallia e tramite un percorso interno é possibile arrivare sul lungomare. Stanze pulite e abbastanza spaziose con ampie finestre scorrevoli che danno su dei deliziosi balconcini esterni attrezzati con filo per stendere, sedia e tavolinetto. Personale di sala e di reception estremamente accogliente, disponibile, cortese. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza varia e ben organizzata. Nelle camere l 'arredamento è essenziale e il bagno piccolino e non finestrato. Gli asciugamani non sono di spugna ma di tessuto bianco ma la biancheria comunque viene sostituita giornalmente ed è pulitissima. Location ariosa con ampi spazi interni e un giardino esterno che ospita anche delle bici. Il parcheggio è davanti l' ingresso dell hotel. La sala colazione - bar-pranzo-cena é ampia e posta al piano 0 dell'hotel. Qui in un lato ci sono un tavolo da ping pong e un biliardino. Molti dépliant disponibili per i clienti con indicazioni dettagliate degli eventi. Buon rapporto qualità e prezzo. Vivamente consigliato anche per famiglie con bambini.

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia nel fine settimana di Pasqua con formula pernottamento e prima colazione. Era la prima volta che visitavamo questo hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti; la nostra stanza deluxe offriva un meraviglioso balcone con vista mare,completamente ristrutturata, con bagno un po' piccolo. Colazione molto varia e completa di tutto. Ci hanno colpito la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente per la sua posizione, lontano dal caos , ubicato in zona residenziale non lontana dal centro e dal mare.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel in occasione delle festività natalizie con mio marito. Hotel molto pulito , posizione strategica ma zona tranquilla, personale gentile e disponibile, cibo molto buono e colazione super. Sicuramente se tornerò da quelle parti ci tornerò molto volentieri.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in quest'hotel ed è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Il personale è estremamente cortese ed offre il massimo della flessibilità per venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti: ad esempio, sono arrivato presso la struttura per il check-in dopo le 21, teoricamente troppo tardi per poter cenare al ristorante interno in quanto la cucina era già chiusa; ma mi era stato inviato il menù, così ho potuto ordinare prima dell'arrivo e cenare con tutta calma. Anche il parcheggio interno (a pagamento) è utilissimo per chi viaggia con tanti bagagli e può lasciare così tranquillamente in macchina ciò che non è necessario durante la sosta in hotel. La cena e la colazione sono state ottime per varietà, qualità e quantità. La camera e gli ambienti comuni erano molto ben riscaldati. Davvero complimenti e grazie per la perfetta ospitalità!
