"Excellent hotel. The location slightly reduced the rating, because the access road is bad. And to visit shops, warungs you need to walk about a km. The pool is beautiful, clean, illuminated, cleaned and the water in it is very warm. The rooms are like in a fairy tale. The smell of bed linen and towels is felt from a distance (very pleasant) Clean. The staff is responsive, smiling. Bonus - a welcome drink. Corresponds to the price, more than!!! We would have stayed longer, but the hotel is completely booked"

"The room facilities are average and the traffic is not very convenient, but it is close to Kuta Beach and it is very comfortable to go for a walk on the beach for dinner. The boss looks very understanding and very enthusiastic."

"Hotel located 15 minutes from Kuta beach, it is located in a small fishing village and surf spot. High-rise hotel with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach. Competent staff available at all hours. Breakfast served at the table with a wide choice, one of the best breakfasts of our trip to Indonesia. Possibility of renting a scooter (between 90 and 150,000). Room with mezzanine, comfortable for a family of 4 people. Balcony with beach view. Eco-friendly hotel with Indonesian style. Super friendly boss and very available. I highly recommend. Only downside: our taxi refused to accompany us to the front of the hotel because the last 800 meters are a steep climb and poor road. Otherwise apart from this little hiccup we had a superb stay."

"The environment is quiet, close to nature, clean and hygienic, the open-air bath and toilet are very attractive, the shower is strong, the breakfast is different every day, and the taste is good. The waiter warmly entertained and was happy to introduce a good place to surf."

"This hotel is very conveniently located next to the airport for late arrivals or early departures. There's some food in the area, but not much to do. It's perfect for a one night stay when you need it for transportation purposes. It is very clean inside, but lacking some basics like a garbage can in the room. The showerhead also shot out water that felt like darts hitting me… and not in a good way! One other issue is that the hotel did not have our breakfast ready at 7:00 a.m. like they promised the night before, so when our driver arrived at 7:30, we had to leave without having breakfast. However, for the price, it's a fine place to sleep for those late arrivals or early departures."

"I want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room. However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly. I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed) "

"Conveniently located near the airport with pickup service. The food and service were really good. Rooms are spacious. A nice pool with loungers and a gym. However you can hear the noise from the road as it is along the main road. Only down side was that we had no hot water in our bathroom."
