Very nice, beautiful balconies! Very helpful stuff and manager! The location is good but you have to use a bike to go to Kuta or anywhere, but if you do it’s very close and quiet!

Nice room with an excellent view, suitable for young people and the price are affordable.The road to the hotel are pretty bad but still accessible. Good water pressure with netflix tv.serene environment. Location wise bit far from everything unless you have transport should not be an issue

Our stay was very good. The view from the hotel is extra ordinary. The hotels are made of Shipping Containers and this is pretty unique experience besides wonderful hospitality can view from mountain top. Rooms were good, bathroom was clean. The position of the TV is in the corridor between the living room and the bedroom which seems like an obstacle for free movement. Air conditioning works very well. They fixed the lock of the room as their current key was not working. We also had dinner here which was pretty good. The hotel is placed in a distant height of the mountain, so Kuta town is not walkable, scooter or Car is the best option. We booked a car from them for whole day and we visited several beaches and the Sade village. $60 per night is worth for this view. I guess their service has improved from past reviews. Booked through Agoda and paid at the hotel. We really liked their breakfast, smoothie bowl was fantastic, and the avocado toast was very rich. If you want to cook, they have open kitchen, fridge, utensils, and water. They provide food at the villa if you want. The pool is very small, but good for relaxing, only for 2 people; not for swimming. There are orange cats and they are friendly, do not cross any privacy. You should go to Merese beach for sunset/sunrise , otherwise you can enjoy a partial view from this hotel. Lifetime experience.

I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!!

Needs some work to be a nice place The hotel has a lot of potential as the view is gorgeous and the room was spacious. Sadly that was ruined by the fact that over a 4 night stay we never got to use the private pool as it was green. We told the staff multiple times and they barely cleaned it, the first time we watched the guy and he only skimmed the top, never used a brush where the algae was. Other things are very small but shows the eye for detail isn’t the best like our doors were super hard to open to enter the room, the had no toilet paper holder, the bedroom door doesn’t shut as it hits the tv, outlet by the bed didn’t work, stove top took 20min to make 2 scrambled eggs. Again the view is amazing and if they can fix these minor issues we would return.

The view from the room is the only redeeming factor at this hotel. First off, this hotel is not conveniently located to anything you can walk to because it is on top of a winding mountain. They do however provide “mineral water” in an Alhambra bottle with a filter, I was Leary of this. Next, if you have any kind of mobility issues this is not the hotel for you, the stairs are very steep, slippery and small and on the side of a mountain. I am in decent shape and I did not feel safe going up and down the stairs. Also, the pictures of the facilities are very misleading, makes it look much nicer than it is. We did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool because it had green algae all over it. Also, one of the reasons we booked this room was for the kitchen, the stove top and everything is outside (on top of the side of a mountain) and the only cover from the elements is a pull down screen that does stay in place and hits you in the face with the wood at the bottom of the screen. The stove kept going out and it was impossible to cook anything. I told staff this, they promptly gave me a menu to order food from the restaurant and told me to what’s app them my order. Once I what’s apped them my order, I did not receive a response after 45 minutes, I asked about the order and they said they would place it. Once my order arrived, I was also given a bill, I told them I was under the impression it would be paid for due to the sub par kitchen facilities. Staff said no, so I refused to take the food. Nothing was done to apologize or fix the situation. Maybe have a functioning kitchen when it is advertised, we spent money on groceries, attempted to make a meal for well over 2 hrs and weee left hungry and angry in our rooms and staff acted like I was rude for not paying for this. I NEVER complain and always write good reviews. Please don’t stay here. Not worth the view as that was the only good thing about it.
