Located at Senggigi..a very happening area crowded with all resorts and hotel..very friendly and helpful staffs..floating breakfast is super cheap..only an additional 100k rupiah and you may customize your menu...kudos to all the hotel staffs..I guess the problem lies with the top management..this resort has a magnificent interior landscape design..creating space and utilizing area BUT it was very old and Def need maintenance...water patches and stain is almost everywhere...I guess certain repainting work is very much needed...also..it's not child or elder friendly as that's too many stairs to climb up..of course the scenery worth the climb..yet this resort need an upgrade asap

The breakfast buffet is pretty good. The hotel staff are all smiles, very kind! The courtyard is clean and beautiful. There is a swimming pool. There is an exclusive beach. A good place to watch the sunset and relax after lighting up. Stayed here for seven nights and it was very comfortable!

The hotel is like a garden with a variety of bougainvillea blossoms. The building density is relatively large and there is a parking lot. The breakfast was hearty and the location was not as good as kila. The drinking water provided in the room is bottled water, the switch is not leaking, and there is a big leak on the floor, almost slipping. The air conditioner leaked the next day and almost slipped. The price is not high, it is not cheap and convenient to live in kila or Sheraton.

We stayed here 15th-22nd July 2023 Although the hotel is located on a beach, it's not really a swimming beach, as there are a lot of rocks, visible at low tide, although surfing lessons were being conducted during the day. The breakfasts were a little disappointing, not due to quality but to it being menu choice only - we missed the usual Bali, Thailand buffet, with plenty of fresh fruit. The pool area is excellent and the spa was very good. The room and bathroom amenities were good, apart from the ever-present Nescafé coffee sachets. However, the BEST PART about the hotel was the staff! Professional and GENUINELY friendly - think Bali 30 years ago. Oh! And no one tried to rip us off! We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the hotel for couples, although based on our observations, probably not the best place for families.

Right from the first moment of stepping into this beautiful hotel until you leave, you are made to feel like royalty. The staff are professional and friendly ; the service is second to none. My partner and I stayed a week and made use of all the facilities - including the spa and the gym. We had to do some exercise to counterbalance the enormous breakfasts- served on the beautiful wooden terrace. The food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner). On three occasions we ate at the spectacular Kliff restaurant with views looking out onto the sea -the perfect place to watch the sunset whilst listening to the waves crashing against the shore below. Truly magical. Our room was beautiful over looking the sea - sumptuous pillows and bedding, great shower - everything you would expect from a top hotel. Also worth a mention is a visit to the Gillie isles (a short boat trip away) to go snorkelling and have lunch - this was arranged through the hotel. Having never snorkelled and not sure what to expect, the whole experience was seamless and personalised. The snorkels etc were ready for us, along with towels and mineral water provided by the hotel. We saw turtles, clown fish etc - a fabulous day. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

The time spent here wasn't enough. Even though the first day we were put in a room with a crazy air conditioner that would turn on by itself and stay on, even when switched off, causing me to become sick the day after, the staff quickly sorted that out and we put us in another great room. The breakfast area, pool and bar area literally right on the beach was so precious. The food was super delicious. And the people at the spa were very lovely. Oh and the bathroom was stunning. Would definitely stay at this resort again if ever again I'm in Lombok

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! MMangochuFirst of all, after a 4-hour fast boat trip from Bali and a half-hour taxi ride, we finally arrived. The most important thing is the experience of the room! I have to say here that the color scheme of the room, the temperature of the room, the paintings on the wall, the use of lights and light *****s complement each other, and the sound of the waves when you fall asleep is like your own dream love room. This is enough to provide psychological comfort during the journey.
Secondly, the breakfast food is very exquisite. I suggest you try the fruit bowl in picture 2. The bottom is dragon fruit ingredients. Every bite is satisfying. There is also an avocado sandwich, which is no less than Shanghai’s internet celebrity food.
At the same time, the hotel provides yoga classes early on Saturday morning. You can participate in this if you have time. It will start around 7:30 in the morning.
Finally, as for transportation, there may be a point-to-point express boat from the three GiliATM islands directly to the hotel. You can consult us.
I hope I can still stay in this hotel when I get older!

GGuest UserIf I could give White Rose six stars, I would. I had a fantastic four-night stay at this accommodation. The property is clean, modern, and secure, with a large gate that is kept closed at all times. It is located on a quiet street, yet not too far from convenience stores, ATMs, and pharmacies. The stay includes breakfast, and lunch and dinner are available for purchase. The food is delicious, and for those who prefer a night in, Grab Food services the area as well. Abdul and Rei deserve special mention for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. White Rose offers pick-up and drop-off services from the ferry terminals and airport, and they can also assist with a number of tours. I enjoyed the 5-Gillis snorkeling tour, which was very well-priced. The property provides a kitchen for self-catering, a mini-bar service for alcohol and other drinks, and scooter hire if desired. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and goes out of their way to ensure that you are well taken care of. Wi-Fi is complimentary. I have no hesitation in recommending White Rose, and I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

XXIUYINGAs a transitional hotel, we chose Jeeva Santai. It was already late at the time of check-in. The reception desk will have English reception, and there will be no obstacles in communication. Many hotels in Indonesia are early, and the price is still very cost-effective! Garden-style stay experience, but the downstairs will be a bit damp, not as good as the above view, but go out to the pool beach, breakfast can be very comfortable in the face of the sea!

Guys, 5 stars to you and our special thanks to those at restaurant: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman and sending our yummy thanks to the Cook🙏(Sorry if I misspelled yr names) You are doing yr job greatly: very considerate, heartful and super helpful😇 We were ordering meal from the restaurant and it took Max 30 mins to get it delivered and again thanks to Sunny and Wowan and great Cook; one day they even put extra Krupuks as they noticed that I liked those. Hearty thanks to the Girls at reception! (Don't remember the names 😏) Super beautiful and helpful🙏 🌟the territory is nice: with nice views plus a great big swimming pool with all the necessary facilities 🌟cleanliness of rooms and a good quality of furniture, bed linen! Clean, tidy and very charming to stay in rooms and enjoy time in the quite spacious balcony (of our Deluxe Ocean view) 🌟AC is working greatly Bad things/ Disadvantages 👎and things to improve: ⛔ there was No internet at all - so I could not do my distant work and lost money bcz of that((( (We were said that this was on the whole island.. some problem but anyway NO WiFi and ⛔No Working TV set as it's work depends directly on work of the Internet ⛔some corners on the territory are not clean and with some old shabby, not used stuff.. for example, spa zone is closed and dirty downstairs as not in use. ⛔the beach line is super small and some rubbish there as locals come to it and leave garbage😔 and it is totally impossible to swim cause we were said that there are tides and waves and that's why it is not safe

Hhs602My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay at Cafe Wayan! Room was big and clean! Breakfast was good! They offered a bike rental service for a good price! And everyone was very nice! We have seen better pool sites, but also the pool site was ok! One thing to mention: Don’t book a further transfer at the hotel! We booked a transfer to Gili T. for 75.000 pP. Basically a reasonable price, but we had to stay in the office of the tourist agency at Bangsal for 1,5 hours just because they wanted us to buy some drinks or snacks in their own restaurant! And during that they called one by one to their office to give him their boat ticket and wanted to sell a transfer from Gili to the next stop for a „friends-price“ of 450.000 instead of 650.000! In Gili T. we got our transfer to Sanur without negotiation for 250.000! So be aware of these burglars and better go to Bangsal for your own! A ticket to Gili T. costs just 20.000 Rp. at the harbor, so you just need a transfer to Bangsal for less than 55.000 pP and don’t have to wait for 1,5 hours!

刘刘It should have been a very good hotel many years ago, but it hasn't been renovated for many years, and it's old.
Buffet breakfast early, there are juice and coffee, tea, bread toast, and then there is fried noodles and fried rice, there are not many choices, you can eat.
The water in the swimming pool is the turbidest I have ever seen. It is not clear or bottomed, and I don't know how often to change the water.
The room was built against a mountain, with a good view, but also the sea, and the sunset and sunset are also very good. The decoration of the room has a unique style. The personal feeling is that of India and Pakistan. The room is surrounded by brick walls and the roof is made of wood. The wood is dark in color, which makes the room feel dark. The ant gecko is indispensable. If you have food that you can't eat, you must tie the bag tightly, or the little red ant will come.
The bath towels were worn out, the edges were fluffed, and the colors could not be washed out gray. Some kettles are plastic, without a cover, that is, two white sheets with a blanket between them, which may separate during sleep.
The suites of my family of four are relatively tall, with 2 queen beds to sleep, and the terrace is large enough, a t round table and four chairs are convenient to watch the sea and eat, and children are not afraid to fall, because the door to the terrace is only Pass the room.
When you cross the street from the hotel, you will cross the market and you will find the seaside. The 24-hour convenience store is also very close. ATMs are easy to get money everywhere.

GGuest UserWe stayed here in March 2023. The hotel was empty apart from us taking up 2 rooms (unless we missed other guests). The hotel was lovely but it was just very tired. It really does need some updating, but we totally understand that what with Covid and the earthquakes Lombok suffered, recovery has been slow. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only issue we had was that we struggled with the wifi. Each time it went out, we contacted reception and they managed to get it going again, but it was a regular gripe that it would only last for a short time and then have to be reset. Not the end of the world, but we did chose a hotel with wifi as we need to be in contact with work. Due to the lack of guests at the hotel they were running a very limited menu which wasn’t even open of an evening. Again, we understand that the costs of keeping it open for the minimal guests is not cost effective. However, we would have liked to know before we booked. Luckily, we found a very lovely restaurant (The Office) just over the road. Our friends had been here twice in previous years and therefore know how lovely this hotel used to be. We hope it manages to recover and get back to where it once was.
