Hotel is beside the beach and has nice view. Standard buffet breakfast with few live stations. Room interior was nice as well. Downside is the mosquitoes around the island.

Old historical hotel with very nice outdoor pool and beaches..
Rooms still old fashion and breakfast is 75% Asian traditional food..
Staff is very kind and ready to help and content clients requests..

This was overall a wonderful hotel. The staff working there were so friendly, helpful and delightful. Each morning there were a lot of options for breakfast. The pool area was clean and pleasant. The restaurant also had a nice atmosphere and delicious food. The hotel is right on the beach, with amazing views and the Senggigi port is a quiet port that is located close by so it’s easy to organise your trip back to Bali or the Gili islands. The room was clean and had a lovely balcony. I was able to sit out there and also in the restaurant and do some work at my laptop with peaceful surroundings.

Amazing pool, lovely landscaping , it has a mini water slide for lots of fun. U could literally walk to the beach from the pool, and laze around on one of the benches.
Staff are friendly and courteous . Room is spacious.
Enjoyed very much our 3nights stay .

A very mixed experience. This is quite old hotel. The rooms are equipped with a good furniture, but its old. The pool is good, breakfast also fine with freshly brewed coffee, but selection of western food is limited like in 3 star hotel - omelette, eggs, sausages, some potatoes and thats it.
We expected a good beach, but totally failed. The beach is dirty, plastic thrash is floating in water. Just one question to hotel - if you consider yourself 5 star hotel, why nobody clean your beach? Totally awful experience. Thats not only Sengiggi problem. All over Indonesia the ocean and seas are full of plastic. Compared to even 5 years before the sea became a thrash bin for locals. Think about it finally!

Service is good. Only had some miscommunication process btw hotel and trip.com staff. Waited during check in at hotel almost 1.5hrs.Hotel recommended travel agent for speed boat travel from Bangsal to Bali price so expensive. If can try to find other travel agent at outside to compare the price. Breakfast so so only. At second night, it was 4 times continuous electricity cut off and plus earth quake it was really terrible.
