Jeeva Santai Villas

Beautiful and well maintained resort with very friendly and professional staff. Quiet, private and secluded; perfect for couples. Restaurant was excellent, and special mention to Sekar, who was fabulous.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Our stay at Jeeva Santai was terrific, from friendly and helpful staffs, great room and amenities that even exceeded the photos on the internet, good food. Totally should be considered as one of your option for a place to stay at Senggigi, esp. If you're looking for someplace cozy, intinate and intimate and laid back.

Jeeva Santai villas have beautifully appointed rooms with a super king bed, 2 shower areas, a private pool, comfortable lounge areas inside and out and a lovely garden environment with a pool. Unfortunately some things were broken in the room. Both rain showers, overhead showers didn’t work. There is almost nowhere to hang a towel in the room, just a bamboo ladder outside. Also no reading lights for the bed. A real downside is there is no beach in front of the villas. You have to walk along a beach walll to reach the beach and there are no hotel services on the beach. No drinks, no food, no beach lounges. The highlights of our visit were the beautiful, friendly staff including the chefs. Pak Muzammmil and Pak Asian also waiters Mr J Habib , Mr Ran, Nona Sekar and Nona Liana. The above people made every visit to the restaurant welcoming, with warm excellent service. Nothing was too much to ask. The chefs prepared a special dish of black rice pudding especially for us! Lastly but a huge asset to this hotel is Ari the operations manager. When our flight to Lombok from Labuan Bajo was cancelled I spoke to Ari on the phone. He reassured me that our room would be kept and our airport transfer would be at the airport for our arrival. We also met Ari at the hotel where he checked on our well being. Later I asked Ari where I could buy genuine Lombok ikat sarongs. He and Nyonya Niah at reception gave me 2 shops to try in Mataram and nearby. I was delighted to find beautiful sarongs worn by the locals. Ari has beautiful English, and made us feel safe and supported when we had a car accident. He is an intelligent and interesting man. He shared some interesting insights into Sasak and the Balinese long term residents history. Nyonya Niah at reception was helpful in providing information about the outside laundry service, where to buy a sarong, organising staff to fix any problems in our room promptly and had a welcoming smile and greeting whenever we saw her. What a stay. This is the definition of luxury and service. Ran, Ari Habib, and Ai Yu were all great. Restraunt for breakfast and dinner was on point. Great ocean views with a very clean room. Cant say enough good things about my stay and will be back

Amazing waterfront location. Wonderful welcoming staff for which nothing is too much trouble, and yet are not overbearing. Very clean everywhere. Exceptionally well appointed rooms & Villas. Comfortable beds. Great sized pools (public and private villa). Waterside restaurant has an amazing sunset location and the service from Habib and his team was first class throughout. Pricing is also very reasonable. You can snorkel from the hotel as it is ocean facing. No reason to leave the property, but easy to get in to local towns by taxi if you want to explore.

Small but nice resort in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely nothing in the area except for some other hotels, a gas station and a small convenience store. Hotel is ok, a bit worn but still nice. Friendly and relaxed staff with a great service attitude. Although it takes time… but you got it when here. Rooms quite small, but nice - expected turndown service since we got it the first night but guess that was just a nice accident. Do not expect this to be a beach hotel - there is no beach in front but a lot of sea- with no swimming opportunities. It is a sea front hotel more than a beach hotel so the pictures are not quite accurate. It says that the rooms are equipped with a minibar/fridge. At least not in the seafront room, and talking about that - do not stay at the ground level if u are not sure there is not living elephants in the floor above…. A bit noisy if you understand. In total a ok resort - good food, but do not stay here too long - I guess if you are newly wed, nearly d…. Great for a week or two. Nothing really wrong but - I’d expected more and the description at the *********** a bit off from what you are getting - at least the pictures are…. But hawing a good time.

Wow!! What a find! Everything about this property is awesome. I can't recommend it enough! We stayed in a villa with private pool, it was stunning inside, and the pool was fantastic and very private. The whole resort is stunning to look at it. The food was some of the best we've had. All of staff were just gorgeous, absolutely beautiful and nothing was too hard for them. In particular, Habib, in the bar and restaurant was wonderful. We will definietly be comng back!
