Room was very hot, no thermostat, had to keep air conditioner on the whole time. Very dirty air conditioner as seen in photo. Unable to use TV, remote not working. Not given WiFi password or phone number to office, no paperwork in room. Room with kitchen, stove burners with dirty foil. No dish soap, no hand towels or paper towels. No hand towel in bathroom.

This place is not even qualified to be a motel but they claimed they are a hotel. They stole my money because i refused to stay at the their dump after I saw the room. The liar Gina told me the person who was responsible to issue the refund was not in and the refund will be done in the morning. The liars told ******* that they would refund my money and stole it. I asked to see the room before I checked in and she refused because she knew it was a complete dump.

When we got there, they put us in the first room that smell like smoke and moldy, and like the carpet was wet so they moved us to another room and in the morning while I was showering, my daughter flush the toilet and fecal material came up into the shower and also the toilet was leaking all over the floor. It was horrible. I would not recommend staying there at all I was never offered a refund or anything. Just another towel if I wanted to take another shower.

The manager was helpful and pleasant. The property appeared to be temporary housing, possibly section 8. Three rooms with two beds each had been reserved but only one was available. A second had sofa bed.

Room that I had booked was "not available" when we arrived to check in. The room we were given as a replacement only had a shower and no tub. There were water stains on the baseboard mouldings. During the second night of our stay we found live bugs on the carpeting.

We are travelling as a family around USA so we have chosen cheap accommodation to use simply to sleep over , use wash facilities and get ready for the next day . Our requirements were therefore simple : clean / quiet / safe .
The reception and room stank of an old people’s care home ( that’s polite for urine ) . The room itself was ok for what we needed but the air con didn’t work properly so we were hot all night and the windows didn’t lock so we didn’t feel safe as we were on a ground floor and the large windows could simply be lifted to get in . I noticed the fire alarm was broken to so didn’t inspire confidence.
That being said after getting used to the smell and barricading the windows we ticked one box ( quiet )

The hotel was okay for just sleeping 1 night. It was quiet enough for us to sleep all night despite being on a main road.
However it could have been cleaner, and the towels were very thin. But keep in mind it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area.
