Very good hotel experience!
We had a very good experience from check-in with Simone at reception to free shuttle to Del Largo resort with Kenny. We found our hotel room clean and quiet with friendly, helpful efficient staff everywhere. This hotel is also in the Hilton Honors chain and qualifies for Honor Club stay points. Would definitely stay there again when in the NYS Finger Lakes area and would recommend to others. Conveniently located to Del Largo Resort, wineries, outlet mall and historic town of Seneca Falls.

Staff was nice, breakfast was decent, but our room was dusty, the air conditioner was so loud I had a headache, the bathroom had dirt in all corners and cracks, some weird stuff on the walls and door…the pool floor wasn’t clean either. All in all, nice people, decent facility but they need to step up the cleaning game…I was pretty grossed out.

The shuttle service was good and the employees. The only thing they had us in a handicap room. At night it was noisy we were by weight room.

Sufficient
Had a quick overnight. Selected due to rating. Hotel was fine. Needs a deep clean. One stray hair in a shower might be OK. 3 tells me that cleanliness is not a top priority. Bed was comfy. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

It was nice that the hotel has a shuttle to Del Lago so you can enjoy yourself and not have to drive or find parking. They come and go on a regular schedule. Staff was friendly and responsive to the fact the ladies room restroom would not flush. Girl went right away and took care of. Also later the soap dispenser was empty and again she immediately took care of it. She was very impressive. Would definitely book there again.

Ill be staying with Hampton Inn again!
Great Hilton property. The room was very clean and very esthetically pleasing! Light flitering blinds, the oh so comfortable bed was excellent so we slept very well. Loved the breakfast buffet and seating area. Cozy and warm and inviting.

Overall our stay was great. However the last night we were there the guests above us were disruptive and the child I'm assuming was running around and banging between 11pm-2am. I called the desk multiple times to see if they could do something and no one answered.
